    Very unprofessional.
    Service man walked off job without fixing or even telling us. We are without heat still in winter. They said that they won’t fix because the owner of record wasn’t there even though they talked with me on the phone while he was there and I gave them permission to do work. AND even though my partner was there (which he took off work to meet) who was a person of color… to which they basically ignored him even though my partner was trying to communicate with the service man and tell him that he also lived here. I proceeded to call their office and the lady who answered gave me much attitude and said there is nothing she can do. Unbelievable in this day and age. I would NEVER use or recommend this company ever.

    Marty checked out my heating and air conditioner systems. He's coming back to do maintenance. Offered to do it while he was here but I had another commitment. So he's scheduled to return.

    End of Sept had maintenance "check-up" done ($79). When the cold came, the heat pump wasn't working. Called the original installer, as we still had some warranty, who charged $80 to come and flip the switch on the outdoor circuit breaker that the Quality Air tech had left off. I emailed and phoned the company, and they declined to reimburse us ANYTHING for their tech's negligence. Manager said it was because we had someone else do service since their checkup, but NO ONE touched the heat pump besides their tech. Dishonorable way to do business! They obviously do not care about the goodwill of their customers.

    my air conditioner stopped suddenly and I have a service contract with Quality Air thank goodness. They came out immediately same day that I called and had to order a part that was expedited and my AC system is up and running 48 hours later. Jonah was very personable, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He must’ve taken off those shoe guards a dozen times so he would not track anything into my home flooring. I highly recommend Quality Air and all my neighbors also use their services.

    Jonah was extremely professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain the problems with my furnace unit and to answer questions. The office were also very professional and worked diligently to keep me informed of a part that had to me ordered.

    Quality Air is one of the best local service companies that I have had to my house in many years. They fixed a system that another company said was broken and needed $$$ replacement. Many months later the fix stopped working and they came back out for half a day and took care of it. I was handing my CC to the service tech and no charge! Way to stand by work Quality Air!
