I cold called First Quality Air on a Saturday Memorial Day weekend. Destiny answered and was extremely helpful. Chae was here within the hour. I was with Char the entire time he was problem solving my issue. He explained as he went the steps he was taking.
He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
He analyzed the issue and found that I had a bad compressor. The unit is about 15 hrs old and suggested a new unit over repairing the one we had because of the expense of repairing our older one. He called Destiny and they set us up an appointment for Monday, Memorial Day.
I don’t like the idea of buying a new unit, but certainly appreciate the sense of urgency, the politeness, and honesty that we received!
I highly recommend them!

Joshua, the technician who came to our house, did a great job cleaning and doing maintenance on our heating and A/C units. He was very kind and respectful and knowledgeable. He did a great job. Our heating and air units are working great and have continued to work great. We are so thankful to have Quality Air doing the maintenance on them. Thank you Quality Air for a job well done. We appreciate you helping us stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Marty did a great job cleaning and performing maintenance on our heat pump unit. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanics and what it takes to have the unit run properly.
He sold and installed a new thermostat at my request. Though I just discovered it is half the price to purchase online.

I am totally impressed by Quality Air and all of the service technicians who have ever visited over the past 13 years. The last two routine maintenance visits were by Eric Jackson, and I was very impressed by his professionalism and enjoyed his personality.

Not my best experience. Company diagnosed my HVAC with a slow leak. Put $1,000 of refrigerant into it and didn't try to find the leak. They spent most of their time trying to convince (upsell?) me to do a mold treatment on my HVAC for over $2,500. In a frustrating moment, before he even talked about a repair plan with me, I heard the service technician tell the home office that he planned to do this intensive, hours long cleaning treatment. This was a sign to me that he was used to making such upsells to homeowners, who accept them without question. I said NO to the upsell. I have talked to five HVAC professionals since then, all of whom disagreed with this company's actions--simply dumping coolant into an aging, leaky unit and leaving. I am now seeking quotes at replacing my aging HVAC unit. I won't be calling them again.

We spent $800 in July for furnace maintenance and cleaning at our home in Fairview- The furnace will not light now, and they refuse to come out to help. Their policy is that the owner has to be present for the service visit - we have someone staying in the property now and would gladly meet them, we will return in May. I offered to pay in advance - no deal. So take care - if you are ever away from your home, forget about service.
If you are able to make sense of the response below, you have one up on me. "Full transparency," give me a break. LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

All went well until we were told your company did not want to do the repair since another company installed the unit 2 years ago. It is a Bryant unit. The service guy Jonah is a Gem though. Very professional.
