Leo recently relocated and reinstalled an existing furnace in a commercial building that we own, one floor down to the basement. He connected the AC unit on the exterior into the HVAC system, ran new gas and electrical lines, and installed new ducting, both supply and return. He manufactured the ducting from sheet metal on site on his own - few HVAC contractors have the skills to do that, and as a result, most others subcontract that kind of work to sheet metal contractors. That gives you a little window onto the fact that Leo is an extremely skilled artisan, well versed in all aspects of his profession. We had several HVAC contractors bid on the work, and Leo was the only one that came up with a solution that made sense for the ducting work. One contractor tried to sell us on a new mini-split package, which is easier to install and makes sense in some situations, but sticks out like a sore thumb and made no sense for our needs. Leo's the best, a kind soul guided by a moral compass and family values, something that is often lacking in today's world. Leo's price was reasonable and he's now become our Go To contractor for all HVAC repairs and installs in our building. Trust me, you won't find a better HVAC contractor anywhere in or near Asheville.

We found Leo, owner of Pro N Quality Heating and Cooling on Angi's List to order and install a new heat pump in our home. He originally gave us a 3 day time frame. He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had been without air conditioning for at least 3 weeks. Leo was truly a blessing in disguise as he got the system installed and fully working in the same day. We are proud to tell everybody how Pro N Quality is definitely who you want to use for your heating and cooling services.

I had never heard of this company, but I was starting to get a little desperate for someone to replace my gas furnace before it got cold. The previous company quoted $700 to repair my 30 year old one. Pro N Quality quoted me the best price for a replacement, so I decided to take a chance. Turns out this is a relatively new HVAC company and very small. Leo, the owner, is a one man band. He installed the unit, upgraded the air filter, and wrapped the ductwork beautifully. He is very respectful and conscientious and did a great job cleaning up his work. I know who my new HVAC go-to person is. I highly recommend him for any work you need.

Very professional, punctual, friendly, and reasonable. We were sweating in our sleep with no A/C for almost a week and Leo saved the day. Very appreciative for his commitment to getting us comfortable in our home again!
