    The quality of the work was fine. The first technician was great but a part needed to be ordered. The second technician was efficient but strangely got political with me when I mentioned that I was from the west coast and started telling me what an evil state I was from. He also disparaged the work done by the first technician. Not professional at all. I would not use them again.

    Air conditioning went out and I am trying to keep a 90 pound dog, with cancer, as comfortable as possible. I called Quality Air and requested James, who I had heard was good. He was great! Very sympathetic towards my “fur baby” and did the repairs efficiently. He was patient explaining how to work new thermostat, etc.
