Quality Air's rep, Ryan Jones arrived right on time, was VERY knowledgeable, and gave us oodles of useful information. Although we have not made our choice of installers as yet, Ryan's pleasant demeanor, the service Quality Air offers, plus an incredible warranty on their products and labor may sway us. Either way, I would highly recommend calling Quality Air for any HVAC needs!!!

Along with this 5 star rating, I also often tell my friends that they are one of the two absolutely best companies I deal with. All of the service techs I have dealt with have been awesome. And the folks at the office are always, to use the same adjective again, awesome as well. I HIGHLY recommend them. I have no connection whatsoever to Quality Air other than as a very satisfied customer. Oh, one last thing. Rocky, one of their sales/estimators/whatever else he does, Rocks! He's always been a joy to work with. And sooner or later he'll be setting me up with yet another unit.
Our AC was out. James came out within a few hrs after we called it in. Despite the fact that it was a Friday afternoon, 95 degrees, and crazy busy, he was able to come by and fix the problem. He was a joy to work with. Thanks James and thanks Quality Air!❤
These guys were the 6th company to come out and give me a quote on replacing my HVAC system in my condo that had died. The salesman Rocky was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. The techs that have done the installation have been nice and it appears they have done a good job. They needed to come back to install the heater pump parts, but the whole thing has been an easy process. They gave me one of the lowest quotes but also had available inventory, which has been a major issues with other companies. My one complaint is that I am not able to get an itemized invoice of what all I am paying for. The only thing I have been provided by the office is just an overall price invoice, no breakdown. Would just like to see what exactly I am paying for. So not happy on that part, but have been happy with their people who work in the field with us clients. Would recommend these guys.
Update: I’ve been working with this company for two years now and was encouraged to become a member from the Quality Air technician James. James has been stellar yet should you decline in a payment due to lack of funds for your monthly automated payment, they apply a $15 fee for a return service fee. Monthly service fee is $19.21. Plus the return service fee.
Furthermore, they don’t always process their payments on the same date each month. So, you don’t know when it’s happening. I’ve been contacted in the 9th, the 15th, and later in the month. A staff member Robin is completely unprofessional when you call to fix it. Yes, I call upset at the fee because it doubles your monthly fee. There is zero courtesy with this company.
They were happy to take over $3000 plus member fees these past two years from me which is a lot of money for anyone, but never is there a courtesy for a mistake made on a customer’s part. This is a terrible business policy. Be aware. I’ve now cancelled my membership and will not be returning as a customer.
We are very impressed and pleased with our recent service from Quality Air! Will definitely continue to use Quality Air for all our heating/cooling needs. Both the woman I spoke to on the phone and the technician were super friendly and helpful. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. The charge for the service was totally reasonable. And, in these days of Covid-19, the technician was very respectful of social distancing and sanitizing the work area. He even had a system where I could pay and sign through email neither of us had to touch anything or get close. Thank you!
After 5 years of consistent great service and a very thorough initial installation I have come to know several of the quality air folks and I've never had a bad experience. I've only had great experience. They are very genuine and work extremely hard to keep your unit working at its best. They work very hard to schedule you at your best time and I know I've dealt with Grace in the office several times and she is great. Also anyone else at the office has always been great to me too. I highly recommend signing up for the monthly quality club membership like I have done. Having grown up here and now having a place of my own I'm pleased to report that my furnace experience has been much better than my parents who went with McNutt.
We appreciate the quality of service, the value plan where we pay $17.95 per month which covers 2 annual maintenance checks plus the benefits of a preferred customer. We were especially pleased by our most recent maintenance done by Tim. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. My husband, who is extremely particular, was very satisfied with this work.
Jonah arrived on time. He was friendly and very courteous. He did an excellent job and answered any questions we had. This was a wonderful experience with an exceptional company. I would absolutely use them again.
