Had my AC go out couldn't get a hold of my other company I use. So I called around also couldn't get a hold of anyone. So I called Quality Air. The service person answered my call said he had 2 more and he would be able to get me the next day sense it was a late in the evening. That he would call me early next day we made a time. He was very nice and called told me he was going to be an hour out told him that was ok. He showed went through the whole service with me telling me what might be wrong then end up finding out the other company that was supposed to have cleaned my stuff did not clean out the AC unit. He was very good and showed me exactly what was wrong. I will be calling them again come fall. Thank for y'all very good service.
Jonah was great! Very friendly and professional, clearly explained the issue(s) and how we would need to fix them and then completed the repair on the spot. After no AC for a week, it kicked right back on!

Actually I should mention from the very beginning when I called in to book the appointment, I knew that I was going to be in good hands. The woman who I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the service that I would need. Jonah was very friendly, kind and quite knowledgeable. He provided thorough verbal and written information about what our system needed to run properly and exceptionally. We had unfortunately, neglected maintenance for a couple years. I would also like to add that the COVID-19 protocol that they follow is top notch as well as other measures that are in place to put a client at ease, such as a call when they are on their way and sending a picture of the technician that will be arriving. I highly recommend this company! Also, I would like to add that I am very excited about the i-wave ionizing air purification system that we had installed...it seems to already be improving the quality of air in our home! Ten out of ten experience!

The technicians were friendly, professional and willing to share/teach us more about our equipment and system. Our heating oil furnace had been neglected, and set with inefficient settings. They were thorough and provided great service. The only down side was the cost, but I think it was due to the size of the job which was unexpected, but necessary.
