Shae was very knowledgeable and helpful in servicing both our heater and dehumidifiers. He was very good at explaining his findings and put forth extra effort to investigate and correct the problems with our dehumidifiers. We really appreciated his help.
James fixed our exhaust leak and did a tune-up. I agreed to buy an Ionizer/Air Purification device, and later found that I paid more than double the prices on the internet. This was a very costly installation, which took all of ten minutes. I should have waited until doing some research.
This company has installed both a gas furnace and electric air conditioner for me at this residence. They are unfailingly prompt, professional and do excellent work. I also have a maintenance contract so I see a service agent every six months. Today the service representative provided information and professional advice on an issue and question I had about a heat stack at no charge. Can’t say enough good things about Quality Air!
Quick service. Returned from a trip to a broken AC late Friday evening. Dispatcher returned call and after telling her I was having surgery Monday morning and that I really desired to have AC when I got home Quality Air responded. Kim and Shay went out of their way to help me telling me not to worry that they would fix everything. One hour later AC worked. Thank you.
They will not show up when they say they will! Scheduled with them last Thursday for an appointment on Monday. At 8am Monday morning I had a message they needed to reschedule for the NEXT Monday. Not, we are going to be late today; not will get you first thing tomorrow... NEXT Monday. Instead of having the customer service they advertise, they went for we'll sacrifice today's customers to hopefully save the rest of the week.

We have never had great A/C and First Quality Air is the 5th company we have called who actually figured out what was wrong with the system and installed a system that has worked. When we had issues they have come right out and fixed it ASAP. So glad we found them.

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from Jared! What a PRO! He did an outstanding job and I felt he didn't take advantage of me in any way, or try to sell me something I didn't really need. I really appreciated what a decent man he was/is ~ This day in age people aren't so kind much less friendly. Jared IS! I even called Quality Air the next day and thanked them for the service they offer and for sending such a gracious man to do the work! Doubt you will find a better company out there! 5 Stars for sure!
