I want to say thank you to Allen for working so hard on my install last July and also to Cody for following up to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service and perfection. Cody went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. I would highly recommend 72 degrees!

Alan was our service tech and he resolved our issue within 30 mins of being on-site (diagnosed within 5 minutes). Ran into a snafoo with billing situation but it was resolved same day and my commitment still remains with their company for the remainder of the year.

I would like to let you know what an excellent serviceman and representative Alan L Vargas is for 72° Heating & Air. Alancame out today, 04/24, to perform our spring/winter maintenance checkup on our gas pack. He is quick, efficient, through, and knowledgeable about his systems and especially ours. He quickly answered questions, preformed his job, with smile and pleasant attitude. He worked with me very honestly and completely. Ala is a great employee for 72° 's. We hope to see him in the fall.

Stay away - this company called us twice to convince us we needed a service. This was in the spring, and we had already run the AC once or twice during some early hot days and we had no issues, although the unit was 16 years old. We paid $160 for service on two units, and they told us we needed $600 in repairs (which we found out from two different companies that we overpaid for). We were foolish enough to agree. The first time I ran the AC (2 days after the repair) it cranked out HOT air. When they came back, they informed us that the compressor was blown. The only compensation the owner offered was an $800 credit for an new unit that was $7600. We had 4 companies quote units, and even the higher end units they quoted were not over $6200. Obviously we did not go with 72 degrees. I called to discuss with owner. The first try, he returned my call when I was driving and couldn't talk. I called him 15 min later and he didn't answer. I left between 4-5 messages with the young lady that answers the phone, she said she was giving him the messages, and he never returned my call. He took almost $900 of our money, for which I received NOTHING, and refused to have a conversation. How unprofessional!!! This company will rip you off!!!

Emmanuel did a great job servicing our units. If I had questions he took time to show and explain how and why. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk with. I highly recommended 72 Degrees.

We used 72 Degrees for a few years, but will find another company going forward. We had a service contract, which they seem to have trouble keeping up. Almost every year I have to check to see why they didn’t bill me. Then when scheduling the semi annual system checkup, i get many emails to remind me to schedule and I keep responding to go ahead and schedule the checkup and instead they keep sending more emails to remind me to schedule. Then when we had issue with our heat pump, they charged the full diagnostic fee, which should be discounted for the service contract. And finally they can’t help fix the issues we are having with our smart thermostat not handling our heat pump correctly. I feel that is an important thing to require from your HVAC company today.

Justin took the time to understand the problem with my A/C and got the house cooling again. Further, he explained how we'll work together moving forward to solve the root cause, but in the interim he also gave me a workaround to solve the issue if it comes up again. He was friendly, courteous, and just a great guy to work with. I definitely recommend the team at 72 Degrees.

Timely and competent service from technician, Ed.
Flat rate pricing isn't my favorite as price paid should directly reflect work performed - parts+labor, not 'Level 3 repair'.
I'll use as my second choice as first choice charges based on specific work performed.

The workers were all very kind and considerate. They were also very good about cleaning up thoroughly after the job! I recommend this company. The original sales person, Jonathan, got our vote from the start with his professionalism and knowledge.

This review comes as we are still waiting on receiving our scheduled appointment. First we scheduled our regular maintenance on our unit, less than two weeks later our unit no longer cooks the house. We called 72 Degrees and scheduled an early morning appointment, when the guy didn't show up, we had to call the office to see what was going on. An appointment was scheduled for later that day and again, the guy failed to show up. Another appointment was scheduled for later that evening and it began to storm so naturally we had to go another day without A/C. The guy showed up in the morning stating there was a leak in the unit but he could not fix it because he didn't have the tools. We scheduled another appointment today and 2 hours later a no show. We had to call to see if he was coming and were told we would have to call back in the morning. For the last 2 days the heat index is above 100 and our house is currently at 82 degrees. They claim to care about their customers but that has yet to be seen when there is an elderly woman and a child who live here and are subjected to these temperatures and they can't seem to keep appointment times that THEY schedule. If I could give them a -5 stars I would.
