Pros: convenient location

Cons:There is Hardly ever anyone on the counter or even present when you walk in. Service is usually slow at best.

The showroom definitely needs some reorganization, clear labels, and sprucing up. Everything is very scattered around.

Last Pros: But when you finally do get someone to help you, they are nice.

They always have what I need

The guys on the counter “Oakley” and Anthony are very helpful work very hard to make sure we are happy every time we leave there. All the people in the back are always happy to help customers load up.

I waited for ten minutes and there was not an employee in site. When I found someone, he had to get someone who could run the register. Then they told me they would not sell to me because I was not a professional HVAC contractor. I already had the part on the counter ready to go.

They had unique parts that I needed. Couldn't find the parts available/for sale at other major companies.

They were very helpful with what I needed
