We have had a service contract for multiple years and the time came that we chose to replace our 13 year old system BEFORE 100 degree weeks came since we were having “aging issues”. This is a big job! First the consult was thorough and fair. Jeff and Devan showed up today on time and with so much professionalism and positivity - these guys are keepers! Our home was prepped - they were courteous and sensitive to my needs as a homeowner. The job was complete and the cleanup they did was 5-star!

I have had nothing but praise from Maynor. I hired them initially when our AC went down in a heat wave, and they were the only ones to respond promptly and fix the issue overnight. Robert and Michael are stellar HVAC technicians, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and their schedulers are extremely pleasant and competent.

Maynor provided me with a competitive and transparent bid to have a new water heater installed (new business apparently?), and I couldn't have been happier. I get reminders to schedule maintenance services and I always get a follow up call for feedback after the service is rendered. Highly recommended.

Friday, our AC was not working. Saturday, I called Maynor Service to have a technician come and check. Yucel (not sure if I got his name right), the technician came on time on Tuesday to checked and let us know that the AC unit was very old, suggest us to replaced. He even opened the unit to make sure that I see how bad my AC unit was. It was 24 years old AC unit. He called Mike Langdon to come inspected and give us a proposal. Mike, he is a great man, he gave me a quote with 2 different options, explained the pros and cons of both. After got another quote from different company, we decided to go with Maynor Service Company. The best part is that they came and installed the HVAC system on the next day, Wednesday. Sergio and Austin, they are the technicians that Installed the HVAC Unit at our house. Look at the photos, you can tell they did an amazing job. All of the work was done in a timely manner and the end result was perfection! I would highly recommend Maynor Service for anyone who are having trouble with heating and cooling system.

We called Maynor on July 3 about a complete replacement due to a blown compressor. Dustin came at 5 pm when it was 100 degrees outside and spent quite a bit of time outside and up in our attic writing a very thorough estimate. The ONLY reason we didn't use Maynor was because we were able to get the job done sooner by another highly rated company whose quote exactly matched theirs but I would never hesitate to use Maynor if given the chance again.

Maynor Service Company provided me with excellent service!!! I had them come out to my residence and replace all of my second floor flex duct, filters & ceiling registers. I had them also replace my existing heat pump system and add UV light purification. From start to finish they were extremely professional. They came out on time to do the initial inspection and recommendations. They were able to get me on schedule next day. The install crew showed up on time and laid the job out fast. All of the work was done in a timely manner and the end result was perfection! I would highly recommend Maynor Services for ALL you heating and cooling needs. After this service I would not go with any other HVAC service company going forward! They also provide plumbing and electrical services, A truly all in one service company for your home or business.

My unit stopped cooling and Maynor responded promptly. Benny was thorough to diagnose the issue and explained everything to me so that I understood. When the part arrived and Benny returned, he didn't leave until he confirmed the unit was functioning properly, waiting until the inside temperature started dropping.
The maintenance technicians, Michael and Derrick, were also thorough during a recent visit. They were both polite and professional, and Michael even left treats for my fur children.

They have installed and service our 3 HVAC systems. Maynor Services is quick to respond for service calls and system replacements. Their office personnel, sales team and service/ install technicians are very professional, take the time to explain set-ups and system issues, plus do a great job of protecting work areas and cleaning up when finished. Bennie is an excellent service technician who got one of our systems working again. Jeff and Devin did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system. Thank you Rob, Stacey, and Dustin. They replaced an old second story system last week. They arrived promptly on schedule and did an excellent job. The new Trane system works great. They did a great cleanup when finished too. Maynor has also serviced a geothermal system for me for many years. Every time has been great. I will continue to work with them in the future.
