We recently had Seth, Neff, & CJ come out and install our new A/C and we couldn't be happier. They arrived on time and introduced themselves. They explained the process and talked us through everything that they were going to be doing to remove our old unit and install the new one. No questions were left unanswered. The quality of work and attention to detail they showed was most impressive. From leveling out the pad and placing mulch around it to avoid erosion to repainting the gas line. Not to mention they finished everything up an hour ahead of schedule. They were professional and left our home and yard in great shape. I would definitely recommend Maynor for any of your HVAC needs. 5-star all the way and thank you again for your professionalism and expedient installation.

We used Benny to get a 2nd opinion inspection done on our HVAC system. Benny was very thorough and took his time explaining everything he was doing during the inspection. Thanks to his efforts he save us hundreds on unnecessary repairs.

Maynor is my go-to company for all A/C or heating needs. They have installed HVAC systems at my house and also did Fire Place Maintenance. The team is always on time, professional and responsive.

Two very professional and courteous Mayor employees came yesterday to fix our dryer vent, which was not working. They discovered that a screen had been left inside the vent that should not have been there, which they removed along with a large handful of lint. This could have caused a fire. I am very grateful for their help and support and I plan to call them again for other service needs.

We had a dripping wall mount faucet. William replaced it with a new one we found on Ebay, as the manufacturer did not make our model anymore or have parts for it. Unfortunately William had to cut a hole in the wall behind the faucet to access it, but he was professional and careful not to damage anything in the surrounding the area. He even came back the next day on his own initiative to recheck the flow coming out of the faucet cause he thought it was too forceful, but wasn't sure why the day before. Very pleased with his work and knowledge.
The only negative I have, which is nothing against the technician, is that the cost was rather high. I've learned that most service type companies today are charging a flat fee for work versus an hourly fee plus parts like in the past. Plus there's an additional diagnostic fee, which can be expensive if it only takes 5-10 minutes to figure out the problem. Wish I could find an independent plumber and electrician who charges the old fashioned way, it was less expensive.

The folks at Maynor are wonderful, and the service is top notch. My experience was absolutely positive from the start with James Melton. James took the time to explain things to me and provided me with reasonable options. The service crew, consisting of Jeff, Rob, Seth, Stacey, and Devon, were great. They came ready to work. They were extremely professional, competent, and friendly. They take pride in their work and genuinely seemed interested in taking care of me and my home. I very much appreciate that. I highly recommend Maynor, and I would call on them again when needed.

HVAC went out. They promptly came and diagnosed the problem ordered the part and had it installed in a timely manor. Yucel provided great customer service and was great at explaining everything to me. Wonderful experience!
