I had Dustin W. come for an estimate for possibly getting a new unit and he offered tons of valuable information and suggestions for my current situation. He has been very responsive to any questions I’ve had during the process and even after his visit. I also had a tech come out, Benny H, to diagnose the system I currently have. Benny completed quite a thorough check of the system and was very insightful to the state of his findings, and willing to help me understand what he was doing. Both were really friendly and seemed really knowledgeable in the field. Definitely people I’d recommend.

Edit: I’ve since had another company come out and confirm an evaporator coil leak that Benny did not find. I still believe he was thorough, but I guess not thorough enough.

We just had a new heat pump installed by Maynor to replace our old 19-year unit and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. We first spoke with Drew on a Wednesday to get pricing and a firm quote, and the installation was completed on that Saturday. The installation team of Sergio and Austin did an excellent job, and their customer service was outstanding. Very professional company and will definitely be using them in the future.

Super pleased with our service today. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys who really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. They were quick and efficient but took the time to educate me on what they had done. Maynor’s quote also came in lower than what we had anticipated so great bonus. They even pulled my trash can up for us! I would highly recommend them if you need any HVAC work!

Alberto the technician and his manager David Clarke were very accommodating and professional during the visit, to the repairing of the evaporation coil to my Trane unit, that Maynor Heating and Air newly installed back in 2020.

Our 14 year old air conditioning system was leaking refrigerant. It was time to replace the system. We got quotes from three firms and Maynor had the best pricing and we knew about their service. Rob and Stacey replaced our inefficient system with a new efficient heating and air conditioning system.

My upstairs ac stopped blowing cool air over the weekend so I gave Maynor a call. They promptly scheduled a technician to come the next morning. After describing the issue, my technician, Benny, immediately knew the capacitor on my outdoor ac condenser unit was bad. Within about 20 minutes he had the issue resolved and cool air flowing back into my house. I will definitely be using Maynor for future repairs. Benny was awesome. I appreciated the clear explanation describing exactly what was wrong and how he was fixing it.

Mike and his team were great. Trusted Trane unit. Crew really hard working, professional. Mike's "sales pitch" was low pressure and easy to understand. Unit works great and warranty gives peace of mind. Office helped with rebates for being energy efficient (nice bonus).

I had Maynor do my HVAC last week. Not only did I get the best price but the professionalism of this company and its representatives is second to none. Mike came out and did a very thorough explanation of my options. He clearly knew what he was talking about from experience. He knew what I needed for top notch comfort. The installers came in and were very professional. They showed up on time and made great use of time as to not hold me up longer than necessary. I love my new system and I can’t say enough positive things about these folks. They stand behind their work. You won’t be disappointed!

We knew Tom Herner who trained Anthony Maynor. Alberto, today's tech, explained everything to us thoroughly. He answered our questions and showed us pictures of the inside of the unit. He gave us options on repairing or replacing the unit. Alberto was very pleasant and knew to take off his shoes without being asked when he came inside. We will continue as a customer.

We had our semi annual HVAC maintenance and as always it went great. Our Technician, James was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough and explained all the maintenance work that he did. He was so friendly and we enjoyed getting to know him. We will be requesting James for all of needs in the future. Thank you Maynor for all that you do for your customers. Thank you James.
