Completed a semi-annual HVAC systems check up. Michael called ahead of arrival time to let us know he was enroute and he arrived ahead of time. He completed all testing and clean up timely and advised us what his inspection results were.
Very Satisfied with his work.

An unusual connection requirement for my grill to attach to my gas line resulted in repeated attempts by Maynor Techs but they patiently stayed with the job until the problem was resolved. All staff provided professional, friendly service. Strongly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Their employees seem very knowledgeable and have done 2 repairs for me immediately finding the problems. I now have them doing system maintenance as they are reasonably priced. My technician was Robert and he was excellent for many reasons. He called with a 30 minute estimate of his arrival, he was prepared for the service that we requested, he had options for our needs and explained each product, he installed new thermostats and made sure they were working, and walked us through the set up and user interface. He was professional and personable throughout the process. Our invoice detailed the visit and gave options for future improvements/services we may need in the future. I would recommend Maynor and Robert to anyone needed their type of services.

The main office called to ensure I was prepared for annual service a couple days ahead of appointment. Good. Then technician, Matthew J, call when he was on way for appointment, also good. When he arrived, nice/professional/knowledgeable. Great! Would recommend this company and ask for Matthew J to be your technician!

Dustin did a great job estimating my new Trane HVAC. The quote I received was thorough and detailed and it helped me make a decision about who to pick to do this work. The team of Trevor and Josh did an excellent job of installing. They showed up on time and quickly had my new system up and operating. They answered all my questions before leaving. My wife and I replaced our 15 year old HVAC system for our two story house. It was a single zone and the upstairs, where my wife works, was 5+ degrees warmer during the summer than downstairs, where the thermostat is. We got three different quotes and Mike helped design an affordable Trane dual zone system to help with the temperature difference that has made a major difference. The pricing was great and we got an awesome warranty. Nef and Fredy, the installers did an amazing job getting the system installed the next day. My experience was wonderful and I've already recommended Maynor to a few friends.

We used Maynor for several years as our 2 times a year maintenance company. 3 months ago, the technician came out and spent a few mins looking at our system just to come tell us we needed to immediately spend $3800 to replace some coils. Then he said, he could not test to see if the coils were even the problem without us having to pay $250. Then said that even if we replace the coils we still needed to replace both systems for over $20,000 because they were both about to fail. I asked him to pack up and leave my house at that point. Called another service, the technician was furious with the story. My house was built 14 years ago and never had coolant added. He added some and now my house cools better than ever....$150 vs $20k. So glad I avoided those scammers.
