Really really good. I have now used Maynor twice. The first time for a new thermostat. This time for a HVAC leaking gas. They diagnosed it, gave me a quote the same day and Sergio and Austin installed it the next day. Very very competent and knowledgeable. Very professional. High quality people. Same when they installed the thermostat. Glad I got their bi-yearly maintenance then. That was how the gas leak was detected. My husband has used them for years and is an experienced engineer. He knows how good their work is which is why he told me to call them.

We engaged Maynor Services on April 2023 to help inspect, evaluate, and diagnose our HVAC problems. Yucel, a skilled technician, was at our home within a day, performed a top notch fully in-depth review of both our HVAC systems, found one to be in good shape despite its 12 year age, but confirmed our suspicions that the other 12 year old unit unit was limping along badly, losing refrigerant quickly, had an evaporator coil leaking heavily and freezing up recurringly, with ice literally visible in multiple areas. Repairs represented ~35% of the cost of a new install so we went with a new purchase instead of the repair, given the age of the system. Yucel was instrumental in guiding us and literally showing us the problem areas on the unit while also educating us thoroughly.

Mike Langdon from Maynor then came to our home bringing his 40 years of HVAC wisdom with him, provided us with multiple quotes and options that were literally $10k LESS than what other firms had quoted, and with Maynor's being for one of the best manufacturers, a Trane A/C and gas furnace vs. other much lesser respected brands being promoted by other vendors we had similarly contacted. Mike was at our home for almost 3 hours, educating us, comparing features for us and sharing his in depth knowledge with us.

Lastly, literally 2 days later the Maynor installation team of Rob, Seth and Stacy were at our home and in a matter of 5 hours or so had removed our faulty units, installed the new Trane A/C outside and the new Trane furnace in the attic, as well Trane's high-tech thermostat to control both. The wealth of honesty, knowledge, courtesy, frendliness, competency, responsiveness, value, and fairness that was highly on display from Yucel, Mike, Rob, Seth, and Stacy, as well as Rachel in our very first phone contact, combined for a great set of interactions with Maynor's team from beginning to end, and something not often experienced at this level by us regardless of who we have engaged with prior.

Maynor will be supporting and servicing our systems going forward and we believe, after owning 3 homes in the area with alternative HVAC vendors, we could not be in better hands than with Maynor. We are extremely happy with our decision and obviously would recommend them for the similar needs of others in the Triangle area.

From the top down the best Heating and Air service around. From the time I placed a service request to the time I had a technician, sales and quote was under 48 hours. Sergio, Austin, Junior & Viery arrived on time as promised. They explained exactly what they were going to do and in what order they would do it. They also answered all questions very professionally and in an easy-to-understand manner. The workmanship and quality of service is the best I have seen. They went above and beyond what I had expected and did a few extra things that were icing on the cake. When they left everything was cleaned up and in ship shape. 10/10 in my book.

James from Maynor was fantastic to work with as we tried to get our older furnace back up and running. There were a number of issues that we had in getting the right parts from the manufacturer, but he was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and committed to getting our heat back up and running as quickly as he could. We would highly recommend his work, and he has a great company in Maynor behind him.
