Service technicians have always been professional and thorough. They take the time to discuss findings of the inspection, efficiently take care of any issues, and offer helpful tips on maintaining the HVAC system throughout the year. I have used several other companies in the past for maintenance, but 72° has been the best by far. I highly recommend this company.

Customer service is terrible. When you call you can't actually schedule an appointment, you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. I had a tech come out to take a look at my unit. He said I need a 1.5k repair and told me to call the office to schedule a time to come fix it.

Well I've called 3 times to schedule an appointment and each time they tell me they'll have a tech call me back (and countless times that I've received a busy signal). Well no one has called me back so I can get this fixed. It's Dec and my tenants have no heat and I'm getting blamed for it.

If you want a company where you have to constantly call and beg for their business and attention... 72 Degrees is the perfect choice. Now I have to call another company and pay the service charge just to get them out there and delay getting heat for my tenants even longer.

We replaced an HVAC system with them in 2012 and in 10/2016 we replaced the separate heat pump for the upstairs. Costs were competitive with others who gave us quotes. We preferred 72 degrees because the owner provided the detailed quote. The owner and office staff of 72 degrees have been very responsive to our questions and requests. We're happy with the way the installations went. Punctual & skilled. They communicated with us as they installed and walked us through the use of the entire system at the finish. They made sure the carpets were protected from debris- not easy to do since it recently rained a lot Town inspectors were arranged thru 72 degrees too. Quarterly the technician checks on the our HVAC - he is very thorough, communicates well and is punctual. We recommend the company without reservation.

William came to my home recently to "tune up" my unit. He was INCREDIBLE. Very nice, knowledgeable, and prompt! He very kindly explained how everything worked to me, and offered some advice on what I should do in the future. His expertise is top notch!

In the dead of winter our HVAC unit died on us. I initially called another company to service it and the tech was able to put a patch on it, but told me that it would be short lived and would need to be replaced. I met with their salesman to talk about replacing the unit and then searched for comparable companies - those with high online reputations and reviews - to get alternate quotes. The owner came to the house and spent about 90 minutes with me, much more then any other company I spoke with, and gave me a ton of information and education! Ultimately, I'm glad I went with 72 Degrees as the entire experience was both professional and personable. From the first meeting to the install, everyone was great to work with! Top notch job, and while probably not the cheapest I could have gotten one thing I've learned is that cheap tools always cost more on the long run! The unit we now have is top quality, and the job they did replacing our duct work was fantastic! Highly recommend contacting 72 Degrees if you have any HVAC issues!

I rarely feel the need to write vendor reviews online, but after my experience with 72 Degrees Heating & Air, I feel it's important to share my experience. When my upstairs heating and air system went out earlier in the year, we made the decision to replace it because we felt it would be best to have something more reliable. We interviewed several contractors, but 72 Degrees stood out from their competitors. During our meeting with the salesman, it was quickly apparent that they could design my new HVAC with unique features that would make it last much longer, and use significantly less energy than others. One of the biggest advantages was the H.E.R.S microprocessor that would be installed. This is an intelligent microprocessor that controls wasted energy by allowing the fan to run longer after the thermostat is satisfied. The processor also puts my compressor in rest mode once it reaches peak output. Although the investment price was slightly more, the salesman explained that within a short period of time, the cost difference would come back to us in added utility savings for the life of the equipment.
It has been a few months since the installation and the results are outstanding. Not only is our home more comfortable, but the utility savings are more than I was ever expecting. All I can say is THANK YOU 72 Degrees for the great job, and we will most definitely recommend you guys to anyone we can.

I got in touch with someone there ( I believe his name was Taylor) and he provided such a great and easy experience for me. My boss asked me to call someone for his broken heater and provided very little details. I spoke with different companies and 72 Degrees provided me with solutions and great prices. Taylor called to make sure everything went well and was so kind. When I went to my boss's house to let the technician in, he too was very polite and arrived at an efficient time and fixed the issue immediately. I knew absolutely nothing about heating and air, but they made me feel so comfortable and I recommend them to everyone know is looking for a loyal and life long, reliable HVAC company.

Saw a company truck and thought about the company name. Next day I had an issue with one of my AC units. I called them and was very pleased with the returned call, scheduling and the service call. The service technician saw the failed part was still under warranty saving me money. They are knowledgeable, organized and friendly.

Like most people I got 3 quotes to replace my heating/air system. All three prices were within $100 of each other. When Eddie the owner came to my house to give me a quote he told me that I could wait on the duct work which brought the price down almost $2,500 so of course I gave him the job. I was told that the crew would arrive about 8 a.m. but they did not show up till after lunch. They did finish the job about 7:30 p.m. Jimmy and his helper were nice and respectful of my home and my animals.
Josh, the office manager has been very helpful in getting copies of all the paper work.

My A/C was having trouble keeping up in the heat, I called 72 Degrees and they came out within 2 hours. The repairman (Manny) was both professional and courteous, and knew what he was doing. He had me back up and running as expected within an hour. Will definitely have them do any future work.
