I based a large amount of my decision to use 72 Degrees on the positive online reviews. However, I did not have a pleasant experience when they replaced my HVAC unit, and I could not possibly recommend them to anyone.

I was informed that this would be a one day job. It turned into three due to lack of communication between the project coordinator and installation technicians, as well as reasons that I still have not been given any good excuse for.

They did not perform work when they showed up one afternoon, and they did not show up when they said they would on another morning. They took time away from my wife’s work, my work, even my father’s time. I received nothing more than an apology and my bill.

Emmanuel Mercado was very pleasant and professional. He arrived on time and did a great job. He did a tune-up and diagnosed another problem for me and provided recommendations. I would highly recommend him.

Dissatisfied. We have been a customer for 9 yrs. Usually service has been satisfactory. However the tech went under the house and spent all time there said he had to trace a wire. Did not check unit. I requested he check to see if the uv bulb need to be changed had been 2 yrs. He came black and said was out but would order one. Also we have special filters that needed to be ordered. Well he said he would order them. I called office a week later before we went away for holiday. Them I called again after the holiday. Was told by clerk that they would check. Received quote. Called office and was told 20% down. I always paid when iems were installed. Also informed new owner policy changed. But could pay when installed called this week no results. Clerk did not call back today after checking with tech. 3vweeks now
New owner, we are on the verge of dropping 72 degrees and using another company. Will wait until next Monday, 11 Dec. If no results will call another company to work with. Thank you

He is a no nonsense straight forward Tech & my service experience was excellent.

Any company would be lucky to have his talent. A man who can do the job, will do the job & has a likeable personality to fit in.

I'm a longtime customer and I trust this company. Bought my system and service plan from them many years ago. Never had a bad experience. Justin was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience as always.

After getting proposals from several quality local contractors I selected Eddie and his team to replace my two 20+ year old HVAC systems. I did a thorough review of all the proposals, each with comparable specifications. The proposal from Eddie represented the best value of all proposals, one prominent local contractor was not really close with their own "white label" system. I waited to write this review to get a feel for the effect on my utilities. What I can say is that with my old system the Duke Energy Home Energy Report my energy usage was more toward the average home. With my new system, energy usage is at or below the efficient home. Similar results were noticed during the gas heating season.

In closing, Eddie did an excellent job in putting together a proposal which met or exceeded my specs and made value added recommendations based on his years of experience and industry knowledge. The installation team was professional, courteous, and efficient. I hardly knew they were around.

If you are looking for a new HVAC system, I highly recommend that you give Eddie an opportunity to compete for your business. Based on my experience he will be very competitive on a quality system.

Emergency service was great! It's the worst to lose A/C when it's hot and they took care of me immediately. The person who made the repairs was professional and thorough. I would recommend them and will be using their services again.

This outfit take incompetence to a whole other level. They simply didn't turn up for my first scheduled A/C maintenance. They screwed up the scheduling of the 2nd visit, taking 30 minutes on hold to resolve. Finally a "supervisor" assures me we are scheduled Today I got a call cancelling my service, spouting some complete claptrap about "seniors without heat" taking priority (it is 81 degrees out today.) Avoid at all costs
