Cartwright's Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I woke up this mid-February, Saturday morning to a cold house and a loud circulation pump on my 25-year old radiant floor heating furnace. I thought the pump had broken down so called Cartwright's to see if they could come out and install a new one. Technician Paul suggested over the phone that the problem could be that the furnace was out of water and walked me through a few checks of the system to determine that was indeed the case and by exercising the manual actuator on the pressure reduction valve, fixed the problem and now the system is back on line and the circulation pump is as quiet as a church mouse. Thanks Paul, I highly recommend your company!

Superb customer service from the office to the techs. Kevin and Josh checked everything on my furnace. My furnace had an attitude and when the techs arrived the furnace started operating correctly. I was impressed with the techs professionalism and knowledge in their service. Thank You!!!

We had an offset sewer pipe 125 feet from our house, 9 ft. deep. Endi, our Cartwright Technician, came out the next day, on-time, fixed the issue by the end of day. He did a phenomenal job, very professional and did a way better job than the plumber that laid the pipe originally. Thank you Endi and your Team! We really appreciate it.

Beware. 5 years loyal customer a have spent thousands of dollars with them. Our most recent experience with them showed us how shady they are. Installed a $40 thermostat as a replacement for one they installed that didn’t work and wanted to charge us over $500 after the fact. Took literally 5 minutes to unsnap one and snap the other one on. When questioned they said we never paid for the first one and they had a minimal service charge. It ended with them removing it leaving the backplate and leaving, followed by a email dismissal. Good riddance. See a more complete review at the BBB website. Do yourself a favor and find a better company!!

I've been waiting over a week for a price quote on replacing the sewer line on a home I am purchasing. I paid over $500 ($100 just to go on the roof!) for the scope inspection, was told I'd have a quote the next day, over a week later. Each day that I called, I was assured that it would be ready the next day. The technician did send me another customer's quote for a completely different job, not very helpful. If they can't get a quote out in a timely manner, I would not trust them doing work for me.

Jesse and Dennis deserve a raise! Helped me out with figuring out what was wrong with my house, and we’re very professional. These guys deserve a raise!

I’ve had only great service from Cartwrights. They show up on time, they’ve always been friendly and communicate the issue we’ll. I’ve had kitchen valves installed and the sewer scoped and cleared etc. These guys are real technicians. They know what they’re doing and the prices reflect that, so don’t hire them to do dumb jobs that you should do like replacing the flapper in your toilet. They’re going do a major sewer replacement for me and the price is definitely competitive. I wouldn’t hire anybody else in Santa Fe to be honest.

Had some issues with them but management called me and resolved the problem, I will give them one more try if a plumbing problem happens at my house, management said they got rid of the bad eggs that worked there at CartWrights and the management was very apologetic about the problem I had..
