These guys are the best! We bought a older home, over a year ago, that was not maintained well. Curtis came recommended to us and has done all of our repairs, instalation, and gas piping. These have been large projects and they have met every expectation and work clean. They do great quality work. I call them for everything and and they always respond. Thank you guys!

Curtis Valdez has helped us with recent plumbing needs. We have been very satisfied with the quality of his work. He keeps his appointments, arrives on time, works efficiently and is personable and easy to deal with. He will continue to be our plumber of choice.

I called San Morcol Mechanical Contractors, Inc. because my boiler was not working. Within hours Curtis was at my house to check it. He told me he could repair it but the cost to do so would be pretty high and given it is such an old boiler my best bet would be to replace it. He gave me a quote, so I did my research and it turns out it was one heck of a deal. I approved and the next day he had installed a brand new boiler and my house was nice and warm. He was very professional, clean and honest. I will always call Curtis with San Morcol for all of my future needs. Thank You!

The best plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Very knowledgeable, professional and above all honest. San Morcal now has exclusive right to care for my apartment complex and I couldn't be happier. If you want peace of mind, call San Morcal!

My parents had San Marcol install a new kitchen sink and remove the old one in their home. Curtis Valdez (the owner) sent two workers, neither of which were plumbers. With the help of my parents (and my parents’ equipment as they arrived unprepared), they successfully removed the old sink. My parents were charged (by the hour) for two trips to town (30 min each way) so that the workers could gather plumbing parts they had neglected to bring on the first and second trip. When my parents questioned the bill, Curtis screamed at them over the phone, threatened to come out to the house and place a contractor’s lien on the property. I have heard that he has threatened other customers. Too many options in Santa Fe to deal with this nonsense.

Curtis J. Valdez of San Morcol contracting showed up unannounced at my residence on 7/27 at 9:15pm at night trespassing in my backyard and stalking near our window. He then started violently banging on our door and accusing us of stealing an iPad that was pinging in our location. I worked for Apple for 3 years and told him that we don’t have his iPad, that it could be upstairs or up to 500 yards in any direction from where it’s pinging and to get away from my residence. He threatened to fight me while trying to stick his head through my door while his kids were present and watching. CPS should investigate him immediately. After all of the following confrontations, a neighbor of mine who knew Curtis told me Curtis admitted his kids found the iPad near rocks in my backyard, where they were illegally trespassing on private property. When I found out who he was, I called the police on him, and when he realized that he returned to my residence and posted threatening notes on my door along with a phone number to contact him. I called and warned him to stay away from my residence or else I will use full force of self-defense and law enforcement. This enraged him, and he showed up at my residence again a third time in a San Morcol Contracting tshirt and his work truck and assaulted me in front of multiple witnesses. He was red in the face ranting about being a millionaire but he didn’t realize I knew his daddy owned the business and Curtis is just a plumber who wears $30 New Balance shoes. The police were called again and warned him to permanently stay away from the residence. My apartment complex is aware of him, and have banned him from doing business on the property. If he is found on the property again the SFPD assured me he will be arrested, arraigned and charged with criminal trespassing with intent to commit harm. We have spotted him twice on my road since then. My attorney is considering suing on behalf of me and my fiancé for trespassing, assault, and mental distress my fiancé experiences worrying about if he is going to stalk our residence again. I have filed formal complaints with the BBB in Farmington, NM, in which Curtis Valdez is on record lying and claiming he had no idea who I was in order to have a review of his business illegally removed. The Federal Trade Commission is now looking into his business San Morcol, as it is illegal to have negative consumer reviews removed when they contain factual information, which I can back up in court using the official SFPD police report. He has several other reviews from multiple customers on Google which also indicate he becomes violent and threatens them. This information was saved onto hard drives in the event I enter arbitration with a court against Curtis Valdez. You’ve been warned if you choose to do business with San Morcol Contracting.
EDIT 9/9: Apparently Curtis also thinks you’re all blind and as stupid as he is, as here are the photos OF his paperwork that he taped to my door. On top of that, I have a Santa Fe Police Department official report passed on to my lawyer. Since he thinks he'll get away with it by just lying and claiming he has never met ANYONE who leaves San Morcol a bad review, I encourage anyone interested to contact the SFPD to ask about an incident with Curtis Valdez on 7/27 and 7/28 of 2020. My apartment complex is also in possession of a photo of the paperwork he stuck on my door, as well as the police report, and I still have the original copy which has been faxed to my lawyer as well. Enjoy your summons, Curtis, now I’m not going to give you a pass. I was going to give your family a break by not entering into arbitration, but you just messed that up big time. Prepare to be sued, and I've screenshotted your denial of this incident so that the court can prosecute you for perjury if you decide to go the route of denial during legal proceedings.

Very fast and conscientious service without compromising quality. They worked with house occupants to minimize the disruption and finished the job earlier than expected. A+ company!
