Amazingly wonderful experience with Jeb. Had an emergency plumbing issue at the place we rent , and the customer service lady was amazing. Then she connected us with plumber jed. Jeb was kind and very smart. Delt with my elder landlord with kindness and patience. Issue was fixed in less than 4 hours. So happy I can pee again ! Thank you

We have an old furnace, and on a Sunday in December we woke up to a very cold house. I called Cartwright's Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Their answering service was polite and sympathetic to my problems and promised to have a service person call within the hour. I had to call back an hour later, but was assured that a serviceman would call me soon. Paul called me within 15 minutes and gave me a run down on the cost and any additional costs if extra parts were needed. When Paul arrived he went straight to work on our furnace and did a thorough inspection of all the parts. He determined the issue and explained what he did to fix the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable.

I fully recommend Cartwright's and Paul. They have some additional costs for weekends and after hours, but are well worth the price.

The dispatcher I believe her name Bernadette was courteous and kept me informed on the status of the technician, also when to expect him. Carlos was professional, on time and very informative after explaining what he was going to do he showed me where the Blockage was and provided me with all my options. Overall this is my second time using Cartwright plumbing and both times have been positive (given the circumstances) and will use and recommend this company.

We had sewage damage in our house, which required removal of all utilities and flooring and wall in the affected area. We called on a weekend to get the furnace removed, and Paul jumped on the task and came Sunday to remove. When we asked for Paul for later re-installation, we were able to have him come re-install the furnace, and the toilet. He did wonderful work with great attention to detail. He was professional and attentive, while also courteous and enjoyable to work with. We highly recommend Cartwrights and Paul for all of your needs. Another team came in to do the water heater installation, and they were also a wonderful crew, providing a terrific installation.

Cartwright’s Plumbing Heating & Cooling has provided me with an exceptional and timely experience on a water leak underneath my Tankless Water Heater. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of both Paul and Hector, as well as with Camille in the office to get me scheduled ASAP. I tried several other “plumbers” in the local area and never received a callback or had to wait 3-5 days for an opening to get someone here to look at the issues. Jeb did a great job. He and the company responded promptly and kept us informed of arrival times and unavoidable delays. Repairs are working great so far.

Carlos was great, friendly and very competent. Also came before scheduled and able to do work same day. My only complaint is cost, $745. For 2 hours work. Good plumber if you have the cash!

Cartwright's repaired my wine cooler. The computer board had died and I ordered the part from the company. The technician was very professional and punctual. He called me to schedule the work and again when he was on his way to my home. He was very careful of his surroundings and completed the refrigeration job within an hour. He checked the temperature to make sure the cooler was running properly and programmed the settings for me. I couldn’t have been happier! I would recommend this company and will use them when I have problems again. They were great.

Our water boiler wasn't heating the house and Paul from Cartwright's came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable service.

2022-06-28: Called on Cartwright's a second time. However, their technician was unable to fix our blocked sewer line because the snake he brought was too short. With high hourly rates in addition to ta ravel surcharge this visit ended up being an expensive disappointment. We had expected more from Cartwright's especially after our very positive first experience.

Our swamp cooler stopped working last nightin 88 degree weather. We called them and they said that the service repair man would call first thing in the morning. Jose called and was there in 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and.courteous. He asked if the office explained the rates and when i said no he explained them. He went up on the roof then came down to explain (after checking the various switch cycles) that the pump was very old and was not working properly. We agreed and he promptly fixed it. He wrote up our bill and when i asked if they gave a military discount he found out that they did. Great service Outstanding technician!!!
