First, we called Pro-Tech for assistance with our ERV not producing enough clean air. Mario was a great problem solver and gave the ERV a clean bill of health even though he could have tried to sell us a new one. He figured our issue was very dirty ducts. We lived in our home for 11 years and didn't know we needed this service but we did. We called their 'sister' company, Premium Duct Cleaning. Both are great companies that come when they say they will, fully communicates with owners, and are actually quite affordable for duct cleaning compared to the 'steamer' company. Jared was an outstanding tech, was careful in and outside of our home, and was super thorough in all his work cleaning our ducts. We will now call upon Jared and company every five years for a cleaning. Jared even used his very cool camera to show us before and after, just how dirty (then clean) the ducts were. Amazing! So both Pro-Tech and Premium Duct get top awards, 5 stars from us.

Professional, kind, and experienced tech was early for the appointment! He did a thorough inspection of the 2year old heater and diagnosed and fixed the issues. He explained everything, answered my questions and educated me how to prevent the issues from happening in the future. I absolutely recommend this business. 5 Stars!!

I ran into a situation where my venting needed to be replaced asap. Brandon and Frankie came out as soon as they could and fixed the venting. They were very professional and went above and beyond to help me out. Very grateful for their services.

Interviewed five companies to install a whole-house steam humidifier. Settled on Pro-Tech due to their customer ratings, years of service, experience in whole-house humidifier installations, and professionalism. In the end, their installation was timely, neat, and did I mention higher relative humidity levels in the home feels so good! Oh, their staff members are great to work with!
