Excellent. The technician was on time and an expert at what he was doing. He got some of the air going in my house that a previous company had said I'd have to pull up the concrete floor in order to fix it. I'll be calling them for my annual service and incidentals.

What can I say...?? Just a fantastic job all the way around. Protech installed 2 mini -split A/C's for me and the whole experience was great from start to finish...installation went smoothly..installers were very conscientious and kept installation areas clean and were thoughtful in their work.
