They installed a new furnace/AC a few years ago. Came to do the annual check on the AC. They're locally-owned, and as always, the tech was knowledgeable, friendly & did a good job.

My central air conditioning unit broke down and I called three different companies to come out to repair it. The technician from the first company, TLC, showed up with no testing equipment or tools. He inspected the wiring and told me that the wires were burned. He said it would be a huge job to replace the wiring and that I should just replace the entire central air unit. He told me he would send me a quote and left. The next day a technician from the second company, Road Runner, also showed up with no tools or testing equipment. He told me that to replace the wiring, parts would be necessary that are no longer available. He also told me that I would need to replace the entire central air unit and left to prepare a quote. Two days later I received a quote for $6,904. Then a technician from ProTech, Tommy, came over to inspect the unit. Tommy DID bring testing equipment and tools with him. He thoroughly checked everything and told me he was going out to his truck to get some wire. I was very surprised, he was actually going to try to fix it although the other technicians who came over told me I needed to replace it. It wasn't long before I heard the air conditioner turn on and it started blowing cold air. Tommy was the only technician who was honest enough and capable enough to repair the problem rather than try to sell me a very expensive new system. The charge was $153.88. Tommy had saved me over $6,700. I was blown away! Thank you ProTech and thank you Tommy. 5 stars for you!

Woke up to a very cold house. Called Pro-Tech and they had sent a technician by 2:00. Fernando got my furnace working quickly . He explained the problem and his repairs. Excellent service

Santa Fe's very best HVAC company. Sam Martinez is attentive and professional, and his crew showed up on time and finished early. Their work is first-rate and they always take the time to explain everything they've done. You won't find better in the City Different.

These guys charge about HALF what the other guys charge to start up my swamp cooler. Brandon is very professional, and got it right the 1st time! Thanks, Brandon! I will definitely use these good folks again.

Pro-Tech always comes promptly, works efficiently. If we have a problem, they are great with diagnosis and repair. We recommend them with no hesitation. They are also pleasant to work with.
