Cartwright’s did a great job replacing my old sewer line. Carlos was very professional throughout the job. He listened and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The same goes for the office staff - very patient and responsive. When they came back to fix a small issue, Carlos & Ryan dealt with it professionally, even using their own money to buy a special tap they did not happen to have on hand to get the job done.

I have a sump pump on the property which needed replacement. I was hesitant to use Cartwright in view of some of the reviews I read; but having heard it was a different ownership I decided to hire them for the job. The pump was installed in March; but to no fault of the company at all, ended up being defective- it's rare, but can happen. I called Cartwright to explain the problem; and they replaced the pump at no cost to me. It took several trips to the house to pinpoint the problem. Carlos came recently and finished the job, showed me how it all works, and left everything clean. I was very pleased with their performance and professionalism. Thank you.

Had roots in our sewer pipes. Carlos D and Dennis did great work. They were friendly and very efficient, Carlos D ran a camera, explained the issues, showed me what was happening, cleared the lines and made suggestions for minimizing problems in the future.

I had some communication issues with the home office, however it was during this period of COVID Supply Constraints. Paul, the technician, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did great quality work.

Called them about a leak (not major, but had to turn off water supply). They answer the phone! Sent out Carlos (a happy, pleasant guy) within the hour and fixed me up. Minimal charge! If you’re loyal to them, they’ll be loyal to you.

When I called Cartwright's plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised with the quick response to our having the heat and hot water not working.

They had to schedule a second visit and were actually available to come early! The technician was knowledgeable, experienced and I felt was very honest in his assessment and work. Both Carlos and Dennis true professionals who did a great job. Showed up on time. replaced y water heater and cleaned up all the trash, so everything was left perfect. I do recommend both of them.

First class service all the way. I just purchased a new house and had some repairs that needed to be done. Ed came out and walked me through everything that he was going to do and even helped save me a little money too. He was very courteous and professional and told me to call him directly if I had any issues or problems. As it turned out two days later I did have a problem on an unrelated issue and he came out and fixed that the same day.

I had a sewer grinder pump replaced. The plumber seemed experienced and completed the job within an hour. However, the final bill was EXCESSIVE, $1,750 labor (doctors and lawyers don't charge nearly this much), $700 parts (60 percent more than the online price). I felt compelled to pay the bill out of necessity, but it left a very bad feeling, and I felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company nor their partner company, Roto Rooter. Their "high balling" techniques are unfortunate and leave retirees, like myself, feeling helpless...
