Cartwright's Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Called at 930am for emergency service, call dispatch and said yes to the service. No call for 4 hours called back and said they would get back with us. No call back, called again said tech would call called in hour service tech called said be at our house 630 pm. No call or show. Cartwright is unprofessional and doesn’t service the los alamos area, all bs.

Fast, Friendly and Excellent Service! We called Cartwright's to diagnose the problem with our A/C unit. The Technician was knowledgable, polite and explained everything to me and even explained everything to my husband over the phone. He was patient and kind with my kids asking him a million questions! Definetly, high quality service!!

Cartwright's Plumbing is excellent. They do very good work and come to do the work in a timely fashion. We will continue to call them for our plumbing needs. Paul has come to work on a couple of issues and he is very good.

made an appt for 11am, no show, no call, I called business spoke with Heather, being snippy at best, she said appointments are between hrs and mine was between 11am and 1pm. Ok, it's 12:30, no call, no show! I can only imagine if they perform work like they perform appointments how they stay in business. NEVER will call them for anything and I will ensure their name is spread as MUD!

Pepe came out today and quickly diagnosed our plumbing problem. He provided an estimate and a scope of work. He was polite, friendly and answered all of our questions. We are satisfied customers.

Ed Romero provided great service in fixing a problem with my boiler. He troubleshot the problem within minutes on a cold October morning and had the necessary part replaced by the end of the day. This was after another company said I would need to replace my boiler. It pays to have an experienced technician and company. Will call them again when I need help.

I had a flowing hot water tub faucet which was so bad that I had to shut done the main line going to the house. Greg and Adain arrived on schedule with smiling faces and professional attitudes. They solved the problem, putting in the necessary parts without breaking the tile which was a bit a magic on Greg's part. They were courteous, competent and clean. I couldn't have been more pleased. They saved the day! If ever I have a plumbing problem at home or my gallery I know who to call.

Carlos, Ender, Oscar, Camille, and Judith have been great. Communication has been prompt and things have gone as smoothly as possible (for a minor disaster). Top notch and much appreciated!

Endi Nunez is an exceptional member of the Cartwrights team. He is an excellent project manager and troubleshooter. I also appreciated how he worked with colleagues Jaime and Israel on two big jobs at my house - lots of digging and major pipe work. Highly recommend.

Elder arrived promptly on the site after problems with another contractor. He communicated the work that was being done. He replaced the cracked pipe with pvc pipe that won't crack from tree roots. He got the job done!
