Pepe and Daniel were on time, they replaced my old water heater with a new and better one even though there were carpentry issues after pulling out the old one. They solved several challenges with the installation and got the job done in a timely manner. They were respectful and knowledgeable. I will always call and ask for them whenever I have a plumbing problem in the future.

I called due to my mom’s boiler making a strange sound. The office said it was a $37 dollar fee to come into Espanola to diagnose the problem. They said it was the water pump and said it shouldn’t be much to fix it but didn’t have any idea how much it was going to cost. They left and 2 weeks later still to estimate of cost to repair. The office staff had no idea either when I called that morning of how much it was going to be. My mother who is 91 didn’t have heat and it’s November and freezing. I had to fix her heater ASAP. 1 hour to put a new water pump on a boiler. Nobody was able to give me an estimated cost for service or the cost of the pump. I was shocked when my bill came to $721 and they didn’t promise me it was going to fix the sound the bloiler was making. Beware and be sure you get your estimate prior to any work being done. Once it’s done they tack on charges and don’t allow payments to be made.

I'm one star off because I made an appointment but I guess the technician didn't make in to work the same day as my appointment so they had to cancel. It was same day cancelation but they ended up getting another technician to come out same day which I do greatly appreciate. Also the reseptionist that took my call was very nice even when I got a lil rude which is always great. Overall great service.

The air conditioner on my mini split system was turned on and did not work with a week coming up in the 90s. Cartwrights was able to come the next day and they showed up promptly and the entire process was professional from start to finish. Jose was my service technician and he could not have done a better or more professional job. They come with my highest recommendations!

Cartqrights provided great service! The lady who answered the phone was cheery and professional. She got a technician out to our home in one hour. Jose Castillo our technician was very professional, skilled and courteous. He had our AC up and running in not time. I would recommend Cartwright's plumbing to family and friends.

We used another plumbing company for decades. This summer, they lost a drain snake in our sewer line (without telling us, leaving us with a terribly clogged sewer); and, they abandoned a complete gas line & water heater replacement job. We were stuck! We called Cartwright's Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Naomi was wonderful! She had a crew to our home in less than 30 minutes. What a Godsend! Carlos & Jesse used an awesome tool called a 'Jetter'. Our sewer was unclogged in minutes. Using a camera (included in the cost), they found the drain snake lost in the pipe by the other company. We got that fixed. Now, we had to address the gas line & water heater replacement at our other residence. Once again, it was Cartwright's/Carlos to the rescue! He provided us with a quote and a contract within two days. They worked with the City of SF to get the permits & inspections we needed. Carlos & his team had the new gas line and water heater installed in just one day! They were expedient, professional and organized. The delay in getting gas service restored rested with the City. It took weeks to get the permits & inspections done. Carlos & Naomi kept us apprised of the progress on a regular basis. From the office staff to the plumbers, it's been wonderful. Cartwright's values our patronage. It's good to know that ethical business practices and terrific customer service are still possible! Cartwright's got our in-floor heating system up and running after failure of a component. The technician, Pepe Torres, was exceptionally responsive and he was quick to identify the problem. He maintained excellent communication while the part had been ordered, and he did the repair efficiently and expertly. Totally great experience. Will definitely use Pepe Torres' services again!

The absolute WORST SERVICE TEAM
IN NEW MEXICO.
I called for a a furnace repair back in the beginning of November. The technician charged me almost $200 an hour, plus the $60 transportation fee, and charged me for a used power cord. The problem was not fixed. I kept in contact with the technician to try different things. The technician came back down because there was a 30-day guarantee on work and found that my filters were dirty. He cleaned those out and kept in contact with me as to whether or not it corrected the problem. It did not. He then ordered parts which took several weeks to come in, charge me an additional $200 an hour plus the $60 transportation fee (even though there was a guarantee of service).
When I asked him why it was going to cost me a total of over $600 to fix a furnace that is still not working, the office manager started yelling in the background that if I refuse to pay my bill that they would put a lien on my house in four days. at no point in time did I say I was refusing to pay my bill. Then she got on the phone and told me that it took a month and a half for me to pay my bill the first time around, when the bill was paid and
my receipt was in hand at the time of service.
Then she started accusing me of sitting around and avoiding my technician's phone calls, while it has been snowing. I work 13-hour shifts and gave my technician as well as the office staff my father's phone number if I was ever unable to be reached. The office manager continued on with telling me that it was my fault that my furnace isn't fixed and continued speaking down to me as if I weren't going to pay my bill. Then when I said I will not pay her, I will pay my technician because I didnt want to speak to her anymore, I paid and he had the audacity to tell me that "if the payment didn't go through he would go ahead and give me a call", while the office manager is still yelling in the background that she was going to put a lien on my home.
Everybody, with this company is extremely unprofessional, lazy, and has a ridiculous lack of customer service.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Called for outer faucet leak from hard freeze. I cut drywall and diagnosed leak giving them quick access. All it requires was unthreading and rethreading the new faucet. The actual labor took 15 min and they were there for a total of 45 min. It cost $700!!!! Also, it was just a random Monday during business hours. I appreciate them coming, but over charging that much is ridiculous. I wouldn’t use their services again.

My wife and I had a couple of major plumbing issues around the house including our swamp cooler needing to be completely replaced. Isaac and Ryan were the plumbers who came to our house to do all the work and we couldn't be happier with the amazing job that they did!!!!! All of the plumbing around the house and took 2 days to complete and we are still blown away by the phenomenal job that they did!

Both Isaac and Ryan were very professional, friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable about the work that they did. They always took the time to explain the steps that their work would entail and happily answered any and all questions that we had.

The office staff was also very friendly and were always available to answer our questions and find an appointment time that fit our very erratic schedule.

Their service was worth every penny andwe can't recommend them enough!!!!
