Our garbage disposal recently failed and needed replacing. Carlos and Dennis took care of it efficiently and quickly. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They offered some good tips for maintaining it. Thanks.

The service technician (Eddie) who came out to work on my system was incredibly professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose and fix the issues with my HVAC system. I would recommend his service anytime 10/10!

Eddie R and his assistant were very respectful and polite to my home and my child. They were looking at my a/c and fixed the horrible smell and cleaned the lint that may cause it to not work properly. Didn’t take too long to help. Thanks again for your time and help. Keep up the good work.

Arrived home after a 10 day winter/holiday trip during a cold spell to find our tankless hot water heater not working. We also have radiant heat flooring. So, no hot water and no heat...with temps in the 20's. Called Mario at Cartwright's and he was kind, courteous, and had someone scheduled to come out the same day. Paul showed up later the same day to do the work, identified the issues, and was able to run to back to the shop to get parts and get us back up and running immediately. Great guys, super friendly, and punctual. Will be using again to descale our system and in the future if any new problems arise.

We were stressed out when we discovered our carpet soaked with water. This is a nightmare especially right before a major holiday. No water to cook, shower, flush toilets, nothing. We called Cartwright pluming a young man came out and said he couldn’t help us till Monday. Okay no water all weekend. And a no show. I was devastated. Finally on Tuesday I reached Camille. She was so kind and professional she assured me that I would have water to my house by the end of the day. I realized she didn’t even know what the young man had told me but she still apologized for what happened and said they would make it right. Thank you Camille.
Carlos Duran and Israel showed up. They too were professional and answered all my questions. That were polite. They used masks the entire time. They worked into the evening until hallelujah water is working again. Carlos came back the very next morning as promised to make sure all was well and to do some adjustments if needed. I would recommend Cartwright s to anyone with no hesitation. Thank you Carlos and Israel.

I called and scheduled an appointment for leak detection, two technicians came out and just walked around for 10 minutes and then informed me that they do not offer leak detection (which is why I scheduled the appointment). They did help by calling American Leak Detection to come out the next day to find the leak. The two technicians returned the next day, just stared at the ground, and said it would be $4500 to repair the leak without giving any other details. We asked if they could provide us with a written estimate to see the cost breakdown and that was never given to us. For them to come out and walk around for 10 minutes it was $900 (which included the leak detection performed by American Leak Detection). I will be contacting other plumbers in Santa Fe to repair the leak. I do not recommend them. I feel scammed and wish they would have told me when I made the appointment that they did not do leak detection, even though their website lists it as a service.

I had a leak in my swamp cooler and called on a Friday late - they sent Paul out right away and he was here in less than 2 hours. He figured out what was going on and helped make some adjustments to insure it did not happen again. He also walked me through some questions I had about future upgrades or adjustments and was very thorough. He was also honest about what it would cost and what was actually possible in my home. I was very impressed with how honest and thorough Paul was both with my swamp cooler and with my questions about future upgrades. I am so happy I found them!

My water heater had unexpectedly started leaking, I initially spoke to Laura and once we got off the phone I received a call from Carlos D. Who reassured me that he would take care of the problem. Carlos D. And Dennis came and installed a new water heater and were very professional and considerate, they were very helpful and showed me steps to take in case this issue ever happens again.

Carlos, Israel, and Dennis did a fantastic job finding and repairing an outside underground leak at our home. It needed a lot of digging! They worked very hard and were very pleasant to work with and kept us informed. Highly recommended!
