Update: Jan 18, 2019: radient heat zones not responding; someone name Chuck came; apparantly Chuck smokes very heavily - his breath and body odor made me nauseous enough to feel faint. Also, $250 per hour is steep for a plumber. relatively poor service; filthy staff.
New Owner J.Luna responded quickly to a problem I reported to the company. Plumber Peter U. came and provided excellent service -- corrected old problem and helped me address new problems created by other plumbers (and he did not go into a rant about the other plumbers like some plumbers do); very professional, technically expert work, neat and tidy too. Set up an emergency service call for a residential backed up sewage line, set up call Saturday night for Sunday morning. I called Sunday morning to verify and ask tech to call me. Never heard back, no one ever showed up. Leaving sewage backing up into my house while we find another plumber. If you can't trust them to show up, can you really trust them to have integrity in other aspects of their work?

I had a time sensitive issue with a home heating zone controller malfunctioning. Cartwright's showed up and fixed the heating problem within one hour of my call. Excellent customer service.

Saul was quick and efficient. He explained the process of de-scaling my tankless water heater and left a clean work area. Thumbs up!

Paul did an outstanding job coming in (Service Buddy) in checking my heating system.

Many thanks to Malcolm, service tech, of Cartwright's who responded promptly to a service call, the day after Thanksgiving Day, regarding a very sluggish and clogged toilet. Malcolm diagnosed the problem, used his equipment at hand, and cleared the clog. Toilet working again. Very pleased with the service and response.

They arrived within the timeframe given me. I was notified when the technician would arrive. When he determined what the job entailed he got the equipment he needed. When he returned he got the job done quickly and efficiently

Quality, timely, professional service. Staff is knowledgeable and communicates well. Recommend highly. Greg and Ryan did a great job replacing an on demand hot water heater.

These people took advantage of us and WAY overcharged us. $1700 for actual working time of 49 minutes ( I observed and timed). Took 8 attempts to speak with a supervisor who NEVER called me back. Worse plumbing experience EVER.
