My water heater failed and they answered the phone at night, quickly- a plumber, Carlos called me back and told me how to turn of the water supply. They came to my house on time at the time that was scheduled. They were friendly, professional, efficient and did excellent work. Nice to have someone do such good work and do it on time.

The service gentlemen Paul and Ryan removed and replaced our furnace and AC units. They informed us on all the work they were performing. They are very courteous and respectful young men. Paul, Ryan thank you for your service. You are appreciated and made my brother and I happy and satisfied customers. Keep up the good work.

Paul and Ryan came out to fix a well plumbing issue - no water whatsoever was reaching the house from the well! Fixed it and more...we haven't had water pressure like this since we moved in 14 years ago! I can't say enough about the professionalism of their workers! Will recommend Cartwright's each and every time!

Reached out to Cartwright's once again, for another plumbing issue. This time we had a broken water pipe under the house. Cartwright's is one of the few plumbers that we called that would work on mobile homes. Santiago and another came out and fixed the pipe, and replaced the turn-off valve that has given us issues forever. Absolutely happy with their work! Thank you, Cartwright's!!!!

Had them come out to give an estimate. Hour and a half away, they said $99 trip fee. Ok.
Was $99 per hour. $426 then no written estimate. Had their guy show me on his phone (he stopped back by) $18,000 plus for new propane line. Dude had said about $6700 when he was here.
They just want the trip fee.
Beware.

These guys first came out on a Sunday after I punctured a pipe in the wall with a screw. The tech identified the problem but couldn’t fix it because he needed parts. He sent another tech the next day who, even though he was running behind and didn’t get to our house until after 8pm, fixed the problem and got us up and running again. He also found some non-urgent issues that night and came back a couple of weeks later to address those. All of the techs who came out were polite and professional and kept their masks on when they were in our home. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

Paul was able to assist me with my Rinnai heater. The heater kept beeping and I called Rinnai heaters and they (Paul) called immediately to assist and he walked me though adjusting dials and cleaning the screen that catches debris. Very helpful and we were able to fix the problem! Thank you so much cartwrights I will be calling if I need help!!!

We had a very good experience with Greg. His work was professional, FAST, pleasant and cleaned up exceptional well. We had tree roots that invaded our plumming lines. They had to tear out our brick floor in the living room to find the problem. It was all done very very quickly and put back. You would never know our floor had been torn up. Looks exactly like the original. Would definitely use them again.

I found this business to be very unprofessional. I had a plumbing issue that was estimated by another plumbing company in Santa Fe for 1/2 the price of what Cartwright's was charging. When I spoke to the office manager Camille about the difference in price, she said "Well it's going to cost extra because that's how much we charge. Do you think I care about how much you pay? If they have a better deal, go to them!!" When I asked to speak with the owner, she said " I'm part owner so you can speak with me!" then she promptly hung up. Needless to say, I'll be going with the other company!

I had a commercial sewer line replacement job in a residential community. Several proposals were required. Cartwright's came in high, but a follow-up call instigated by them brought the cost down below the competitors. The work was clean and on schedule and the crew excellent! Very pleased with everyone including Camilla in the office.

Had a small leak near hot water heater and the circulating pump wasn't working. Called Cartwright's and they sent out Ray. Found out my 20 yr old hot water heater was at the center of my problem. Ray walked me thru the situation, showed and explained everything to me. Did the work, very professional, and Covid-19 safe every step of the way. He also brought my 20 yr old system up to code. I've had other plumbers from Santa Fe before, and had problems with them showing up on schedule, getting the job done on time, and the cost always is more than quoted. No such problems with Cartwright's!
