Steve and his staff did everything they could to be sure my mother wasn't taken advantage of by another company. They did the long gruesome hard work of chasing a warranty and put up with my attitude (thanks guys) while I was trying to figure out all of this from out of state. We fixed it all and I would absolutely recommend them. They went above and beyond and deserve way more than this review of gratitude and thanks.

During the recent freeze, I discovered that my furnace was not working and I had no water in the kitchen. I called the night service at 6:30 am and within three minutes (not a typo), Jim called me back. By 10 am Dan was at my house, and by 10:30 all was fixed. Very amazing service. I have used Paradigm for years and will recommend them to anybody. OUTSTANDING service, very professional and really good folks.

Hello Eric,
To be quite blunt, your revised quote offer disgusts me.
When I went out to quote with Paradigm I trusted that you would provide me with your best price especially given the fact that I am an existing customer.
I paid Paradigm thousands of dollars in August 2021 to replace my HVAC system. In hindsight you probably screwed me financially on that job since I trusted you enough not to get other quotes. You tried to gouge me on the cost of a new water heater and now you are back peddling with a revised lower price because I confronted you on the ridiculous high price I was originally quoted.
Based upon this experience you have lost me as a repeat customer.
You can try screwing some other customer with your high prices hoping they don't know any better but I can assure you that Paradigm will never get my business ever again. Bunch of crooks!

First off my furnace was leaking water in my basement. I called paradigm, Jim was professional and had me on the schedule the next morning! Ed came out at 8 am and did an amazing job! I’m blown away with how efficient and friendly these guys are! I will only use paradigm for any and all of my plumbing,heating, electrical needs!

We use Paradigm for all our furnace servicing needs. The technicians that come out to the house are always on time, courteous and friendly. They carefully go over the services they are going to perform before they begin and provide a detailed overview of how things went.

Great service in the office and in the field. Jarrod in the office was patient with my multiple phone calls and questions. Had an excellent appointment to discuss my heating options and learned of the electrician services at the same time. Craig and his team did an awesome job with a spaghetti bowl of electrical wires in an outdated panel box. I was very happy with the entire project from estimate to completion. Every one on the Paradigm Team was polite, kind, and professional. I will be using them for my heating upgrade as well as some plumbing issues. Thanks everyone!!

We have a Burnham alpine boiler. It stopped working in mid winter a few years ago. We had an emergency and I called Paradigm. They were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They now service the boiler yearly and we will call on them for all our plumbing and heating issues. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had been thinking of replacing our heating and air conditioning system and called paradigm. Eric came over and explained the options that are available today and answered all our questions with no high pressure sales. We decided to go with paradigm and three weeks later Isaac, Cameron and Craig arrived around 8am. In know time our old furnace was outside and the new one was downstairs. It was obvious this team was well trained and worked together very well. Late afternoon Isaac reviewed the new equipment with me and answered my questions. Looking at the system you could tell they took pride in their work. Everyone at paradigm was great to work with. Paradigm provided a great product with an excellent installation in a timely manner at a fair price!

Several years ago I used paradigm to install an upwards of $25k boiler and heating and cooling system. Had them come out to do a routine maintenance on the system and they sent someone who just started working there, didn't have the proper stuff for my system (evin though they installed it). The technician w was the slowest person even and they charges by the hour. I received a bill for over $350 for him to essentially vacuum clean 2 filters in my heart exchangers and my clean my two ac units. When I contacted them I never received any contact back to correct the issue. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Did I mention that I was told I had to use them on yearly maintenance to receive the warranty that they offered?
