Paradigm Plumbing, Heating & A/C - Nashua

Steve at Paradigm stepped in and helped me and my family through a rough time. We were in process of building a new house when the contractor stopped paying his subs despite being paid by us. We terminated the contractor but were left with a 70% complete house and subs that refused to complete the work. Steve took my call and he and his team were amazing throughout the process. He put us at ease that he could pick up where the previous plumber had left off, fix the errors and leave us with a safe and code compliant plumbing system.

He and his people showed the highest level of professionalism. They were courteous, easy to talk with, efficient and left their work spaces clean and organized. The work was performed at a very professional level, they even installed tags on valves in the basement indicating usage. They communicated well with the town building inspectors and with other subs that needed to know when things would be done.

Overall I highly recommend Paradigm for your heating and plumbing needs. They truly are a Paradigm Shift in the world of contracting and it was a pleasure working with them.

Paradigm installed a new meter horn and repaired a small leak in the main water line into our home. The service was professional and timely. I hired Steve to help out my father who had inconsistent heat during a cold snap. I am super particular about who deals with family members. I wanted the best for my parents and trust someone that wouldn't take advantage of them. Steve's crew showed up clean cut, on-time, super knowledgeable and showed my father where his previous provider did not do the work he paid for. Paradigm is our go to for any HVAC or electrical.
