We have had a contract with this company since 2013. They provide zero assistance when requested edits be made to documents they are in control of and don't return phone calls or emails. About 6-8 months ago we tried to cancel our contract because the lack of services being provided. They used a hard sales tactic to persuade us to stay with them and we ended up not cancelling. We thought maybe they would take this into consideration and attempt to provide the services we were paying for. Well, that didn't happen and they continued to just ignore us and provide zero services. Fast forward to now, we called to cancel our contract and never heard back so we sent an email with a formal cancellation letter. They charge the credit card for services (or lack of) rendered on a monthly basis. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them if you are trying to run a successful business. They will not help you grow your HVAC business or train your employees.
