Great and reliable service! Had minisplits installed and serviced and water pipes repaired. All the technicians were very courteous and prompt. I love the up-to-minute notification so you know when they're coming! They may not have the cheapest price but I would rather pay for the peace of mind for hiring Walley's.

I have seen the trucks around Nashua and called for an appointment since my air conditioner wasn’t working. Dave Bradford from Walleys came out and did a assessment of what I had installed. He made some suggestions and I got my quote s within a few days with varying prices, to choose what suited me best for my home and my budget..I chose the best equipment since everything is going up, electricity, gas etc..and you get a rebate from NH Saves for Energy Star equipment, plus I planned on staying here for many more years. I highly recommend Walleys you won’t be disappointed! Oh yea a smart thermostat will get you 85.00 off

Working with Walleys’ on replacing my old water heater system was a good experience. First the proposal/quotation process - Walley’s spent time visiting the location, inspecting it, discussed the situation, answered my questions, and made recommendation/proposal. Compare it to another company who requested photos of the old water heater and made proposal base on those photos alone. Walleys was also not pushy to make a sale. The technician and the actual work was excellent, every effort was made to finish it before the day ends, and the technician was competent and professional. I can recommend Walleys base on the quality of their work.

Excellent company! We hired Walley’s to replace our oil furnace last year with a new propane unit. From the initial call to the end of the installation, everything went very smooth. They were extremely accommodating with timing, providing multiple options on the quotes, and delivering a high quality job at a competitive price. Today, they came and performed a first year complimentary system check and they were the ones who called us to schedule. Nick serviced the AC unit at my condo in preparation of the summer weather. His service was above and beyond. He explained every step he took, showed me all the pictures he took, and showed me all the system readings that told him the unit functions properly. He was polite, respectful, and supremely knowledgeable with his craft. Five out of five stars for Nick.

As is often the case, what fails seems to fail on a Friday night headed into a holiday weekend!? With temps now in the mid-80’s, a problem with the AC unit is not fun. Called Walley’s at 7:10am on Saturday morning. Answering service passed along my issue to the Walley’s team. I had a call back just before 8am from Mandy at Walley’s. Nick (on-call technician) was dispatched and arrived right around 8:30am. Diagnostic assessment was conducted, and the issue was fixed by 9:10am. Sure, I had to pay a higher “same-day” fee, but the responsiveness of the Walley’s team, and the quick remedy, was worth it!

The tech that came out, Ryan Donovan was great. I had an issue with my AC and he came out the next day. He fixed the issue, explained why it happened and didn't try to upsell me anything. This is my second time using Wallys and both times I've had a great experience.
