Walley's Heating & Air

Walley's team went the extra mile getting my parts covered under warrantee. I was only charged for the time to replace the parts around $200 bucks. The parts were like $850 its stuff like this that keeps me using Walley's for 12 years.

James actually saved me money by showing me around my system and pointing out things I could fix myself (easily). He was awesome. This is the fourth or fifth time I've used Walleys and I've been extremely satisfied with every experience. I could not recommend them more.

Jim is a real good guy, he's been at my house before. Easy to talk to and is one of those people that I don't mind having around the house. Thank you Jim!

Update 1/16/23

Just wanted to post an update and say I cannot recommend this company enough. Justin came out in a same day service call and was able to fix a misfiring issue with my oil furnace. It is back to running normally. He quickly diagnosed the problem, found the part, and installed, it resolving the problem. These guys are the real deal and I would recommend them to anyone in the Nashua/Manchester area for service.

Walley’s is great and I wish I have been using them all along.

I’ve been using another NH company who kept causing problems with my furnace misfiring. The straw the broke the camels back was when the tech from the previous company I used made the problem worse and I was left without heat. The old company I used also kept telling my my flue was over length.

I called Walley’s since they install the same brand furnace that I use. They sent a tech out same day who got my furnace to at least run, but they were going to send someone out to quote replacing the burner/flue.

Spencer came out to do the quote and I told him what was going on. He measure out the flue and it was not over length; in fact I have about 15 feet to spare. He did recommend replacing it since it is not the correct venting pipe.

Spencer then took the time to pull the burner apart and found that all the settings were wrong on it in the first place. After some time working on it and getting the correct nozzle in, he was able to get my furnace running efficiently and corrected the problem I was having in the first place. I’m glad Spencer ended up coming out; he was knowledgeable, explained to me what was going on, and it really shows he takes pride in the work he’s doing.

Walley’s gained a return customer and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Nicholas M. , came to our house to replace our hot water heater as the existing heater was past its life span. Nicholas was very professional and courteous. Any questions I asked were explained promptly and clearly. We have been with Walley's going on 6 years now for our heating and air conditioning inspections and maintenance. All employees from Walley's that we have dealt with are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We will be with Walley's for years to come!

I have had an exceptional experience with Walley's. From David's thorough initial consultation, to Adria's patient and knowledgeable assistance answering numerous questions and crafting estimates, to Sue's convenient scheduling, to Spencer's and Brendan's extremely impressive installation of our Viessmann Vitodens 100 Combi, to today's final inspection by Christian and David, Walley's has proven itself an expert and reliable choice for our major investment in a new boiler. Nicholas was kind and professional. He was knowledgeable about our equipment and transparent about what was done. He showed pictures and was upfront about costs of service.

Edward arrived promptly on time, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my dead a/c quickly and I decided it would be cost-prohibitive to repair and will arrange for a replacement unit instead. Give Edward a pat on the back for doing his job well and being a total professional.

Alex came to my property and installed a fresh air intake vent and replaced an old exhaust vent on my furnace. He was professional, courteous, and very informative in explaining his work. completed the work quickly and everything looks great. He certainly represents Walley's as a top company to use. I will certainly use them for future jobs.

Nick is a very good HVAC technician and was very nice to talk too. He arrived at the specified time which was given and performed the task he was assigned in a very professional manner. Thanks Nick!
