Walley's HVAC provided excellent service start to finish. We needed a hot water heater replacement. Good to know that they offer temporary small hot water heater while they wait to install a full unit. We didn't need this, as they responded quickly to replace ours!

Had a routine tuneup for our boiler and James was courteous and left the area in
the same condition as when he arrived. The cost is what we were quoted. I do
suggest that Wally’s let the client know how
long it takes to tuneup a boiler. I didn’t plan enough time because I was new to a boiler system.

Prompt, polite, and professional. The admin I talked to for scheduling was delightful, and the technician who came to my house was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue quickly and get the repairs done within an hour (common part, relatively easy to fix). Of the heating services I called to try and get my oil fired steam boiler system repaired Walley's was the only one who was capable of working on the whole system, and was wonderful to work with! Would recommend, especially if like me you have a much older system that many repair places aren't equipped to deal with.

Alex and Cam did an amazing job! They were professional, punctual, upbeat, knowledgeable and gave a straightforward, helpful description of the work done and what future options we might want to consider. Walley’s staff is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Great quality for an unbeatable price (and we did LOTS of comparisons with local HVAC companies). No job is too big or too small. We started working with Walley’s when no one else would drain the refrigerant from our old mini split systems without requiring us to commit to a new system with their company. Walley’s did not require anything from us. They were happy to drain the systems with no strings attached. We DID end up using them for our new mini splits and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire process from quoting, scheduling, installation, and follow up! I have already recommended them to our neighbors!

Justin show up on a timely manner, did the job that was schedule for, parts had to be ordered, they ware able to get them very fast. left my furnace in good health. I highly recommend this company.

Jim came and he did an outstanding job! Besides being friendly and prompt he was very knowledgeable and repaired the problem (pressure leak). Service was completed as quoted and we are very happy that our system is now functioning well and in time for the heat wave! Thank you Jim and the Walley's team for a great experience. You are now our HVAC service provider.

My ac went down on the hottest day of the year so far and they got me in next day! So nice, professional from scheduling to actual repair, and very up front with the cost, which was reasonable. With technicians especially, you need someone you can trust, since they come into your home, and you can't exactly shop around. I would happily work with them again! Thank you so much yall :)
