Wally’s is 5 star! Honestly the best customer service and professionalism from the office staff to the work site.

My AC was not working as expected and Walley’s was very responsive. I liked that when I called they asked if I felt it was an emergency or not rather than assuming to put that in my hands for timing. James came to help and was very knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and was able to identify the problem quickly. Walley’s will be my go to for anything AC going forward, very pleased!

Had a HVAC unit that did not cool properly. Called in and they had my info on file, because I had solicited a quote from them 2 years ago (good). Tech came in 2 days later. He was professional and recharged the unit and explained to me what to look for going forward.

We are beyond thrilled to recommend this business specifically due to Edward the tech on site. He was the most courteous tech we’ve dealt with at any HVAC company in the area. He worked through the entire problem until completely solved. It was so refreshing to deal with a young person working hard and still able to communicate in such a positive and friendly manner. I would never call another HVAC company….even if a wait was required …..they (Walley’s) would be well worth it!

The Walley's teams were prompt and delivered on time. When called back for very minor leaks after installation, they sent a team the same time. Very happy with level of service!

Alex was excellent. However, it is disappointing to have to repair a unit that is less than 2 years. Would never expect a malfunction in such a new system.
