Alex arrived right on time and was ready to work. He was very friendly even early in the morning in bad weather. He was informative along the way, didn't make us panic, yet was honest. When he was done, he left no trace behind that he was even there- everything was put back the way it was. The "cash out" process was simple- all electronic and eas6 to understand. The follow up process was also exactly as described. Great experience- highly recommend!

The temperature sensor on the Daikin Mini-split system was registering a different temperature than was in the room. Jimmy arrived and was able to diagnose the problem. Apparently, the supply lines into the building weren't insulated which was throwing off the sensor. He addressed the problem. It's only been a few hours, but so far, the issue seems to have been solved.

As usual, my experience with Wall's Heating and Air was excellent in every way. Jim arrived at my home on time and corrected the problem that I was having.

My central air wasn’t working. Justin came out, diagnosed the issue with my thermostat and fixed the problem quickly. He was nice enough to replace my thermostat with a programmable one.
