Our furnace broke on a Sunday. We called and they had an emergency technician come out to assess the issue. Unfortunately a new part needed to be ordered. They came again on Tuesday and finally on Wednesday. The technicians and office staff were very responsive and professional. The technician even offered to see if they could get us money back from our warranty. They always responded to our calls and also used text and email to reach out to us. Would recommend this company and plan to use them again if we have any other furnace issues.

Fantastic company !! Everyone is super friendly, the installation of my brand new furnace and air conditioner units was fast, it was done in a day. I highly recommend them !!

We spent 4+ months deciding on who to replace our furnace, central ac, and tankless water heater. Walley's proposal was by far the most thorough. Their price was among the lowest. Their 5 year warranty on labor stood out vs 1 year for everyone else. They were not a high pressure sales-oriented team (particularly like 1 large company with lots of advertising). And above all, the quality of their communication and installation was first rate.

Arrived on time for an annual check up of one of our heating systems in a multifamily that was installed by Walley's. He checked it, ran an efficiency test and notified us of the results. All good. Ready for a New Hampshire winter with warm tenants. Thank You. Good Job.

Technician was nice and polite. He did a good job of our seasonal propane furnace maintenance. His tool he needed to do the combustion check was broken and the company had not supplied him with another, so another tech needed to come out a week later to do that. Not his fault but more the company for not giving him the gear he needed or having a backup.

I needed a new transfer pump for my water heater and they were very quick to come diagnose the problem and then replace it. Bryan did a great job and was very quick with no nonsense, which I appreciated. Very good, down to earth customer service over the phone as well. The price was on par with what I researched, if not a little cheaper. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I love this company! I’ve used them many times and they never disappoint me. They are professional and come through doing a great job every time we use them. Most recently they installed a new furnace and central air unit in our home. Adam and his team had a great attitude and did a perfect job. We also have investment properties where Walley’s has done big projects and have always helped with the dreaded emergency water heater replacements. Can’t say enough good things about them. 👍
