Walley's Heating & Air

Part 1: So far so good; lengthy test and research uncovered the problem; parts identified with the agreement to order (approx. 10 days?) and then return to install & complete the repair.
Alex was professional, courteous & tidy. I look forward to the completion and will update my review accordingly.
Part 2: the replacement part finally arrived and huge kudos to Beth for sending Jim, the tech, out TODAY, ahead of an upcoming hot weekend (and for being very responsive to calls/texts, etc. Beth is right on top of things!)
Jim hit a couple snags replacing the control board but researched and called and tested and verified … only to discover a tiny hidden wire was broken on the strap connecting the control boards. Jim was able to make that repair (phew!) and he tested & tested until we were both comfortable with the results.
Definitely give Wally’s some strong consideration for your heating & a/c needs; customer service is key to satisfied customers.

Bryan J. was a pleasure to have working on my furnace. He is very knowledgeable, able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and explained what he was doing. I will definitely call Walley’s Heating and Air again.

Happy to recommend to anyone needing to replace their water heater. Speed and communication is key in these situations and they crushed it.

Over the Holiday weekend I awoke to my basement flooding. My hot water tank was leaking. It was old, not sure how old for I bought the house in 2015. Not only is this company open on a holiday weekend where I was having trouble finding a plumber over the holiday weekend, the technician Nick, worked early in the morning until late in the evening. I was the last call on his long day. I felt bad that he was still working past 9pm! Very nice, professional young man. He installed a temporary tank and a few days later came back with a new tank and completed the installation. I also need to thank Savanah whom kept me posted throughout the day on the whereabouts Nick was on his schedule and providing me with proposals and answered all my questions. The cost for all this was unbeatable as well! The value I received all around was impressive and outstanding. I highly recommend Walley’s!

Called for wall hung lp cleaning and tuneup. When I called I gave Mary the information about the unit and that I wanted someone experience with dual modulating heating system. What I received was someone who knew nothing about these systems and started drilling through by double wall vent because his exhaust test probe did not fit. I then stopped him while he was drilling and explained to him that if he continues to drill there will be no way to seal exhaust from the intake so he stopped and slapped a piece of hvac duct tape on the hole. He then called his boss and waited 30 min for a call back then proceeded to condemn the unit because he felt the exhaust out under my deck did not meet code. These units work by modulation so this is what’s I hired him for. They then charged me 143 for nothing. I received no call back no explanation. I would never use this company for any work.

Alex arrived today on time. Repaired our furnace we were experiencing low oil pressure from our two oil tanks and Was very knowledgeable about our problem Alex also cleaned and replaced any worn out parts I would recommend Walley's plumbing and Heating services to everyone

Walley’s does a really good job with communicating confirmation of the appointment, heads up when the service person is on their way and generally not leaving you questioning what is happening when.

Eddy did a good job with diagnosing the problem I was having with my furnace and fixing it in relatively short order. Plus, he was very patient with giving me a crash course in how to read the lights and heat and pressure gauge on the front of the furnace!

Overall it was a positive experience.
