Ed arrived 10 minutes early and was extremely courteous. Great communication with installation process. Both Ed and partner took great pride in their work. Took time to explain the water heater function and troubleshooting if difficulties arose. Very happy with the service and the professionalism demonstrated.

Wally's was so fast and professional, I'm thrilled with their service. When our AC went down in a heat wave, I filled out their online form that Sunday and was called back first thing Monday morning. Their technician came, James, came out right on time the next day and fixed our system on the spot. The process was beyond easy and stress free. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the area in need of AC repair.

walleys came to my home to fix a leak in the fuel oil line connection to the furnace. a furnace that was functioning adequately. the technician left with the leak fixed and the furnace not working. he had tried several tricks to get it working but couldnt this was a friday at 5pm. he said they would get someone from the saturday crew to come and replace a part he believed to be the problem. come saturday i get a text not a phone call saying i will have to wait until monday for them to get the part. two more days in december without heat, two small children, a household of sick people and no real concern from the people who caused the problem. no one on site trying to sleuth the issue to confirm/refute the first technicians conclusion. a complete lack of customer service.

Alex and Nick were awesome! They answered my stupid questions and I was able to see how some components work, which I appreciate very much. Alex was patient and instructive with his trainee Nick. Nick took direction well and will make a top-notch technician very soon. Both were extremely pleasant fellows and I would love to see them both again next year for maintenance.
The only thing I disliked was the very cumbersome paperwork/signature setup on the tablet. There's got to be a way to reconfigure it to be more streamlined for ease of use by both the technician and the customer. And I don't like having to sign into a google account in order to leave feedback.
