Very helpful with diagnosing the problem with the central air unit and mini split. Control board was replaced and both systems working like new. James was very helpful, giving me maintenance advice to keep both systems working as efficiently as they should. Would recommend for any air conditioning needs.

I was first sold by the fact that they called me after I submitted a web inquiry within about 30 minutes. Next, they were able to schedule me within 2 days, and finally working with Bryan Donovan was a pleasure. He was knowledgeable, did an excellent of pointing out where our issues were left by the previous contractor and of course their pricing was more than fair. 90 minutes later I had an upstairs cooling system blowing 30 degree cooler air than it has since we bought our home 2 years ago! These are the types of people I like working with, where you feel you have friend(s) in the business and aren't necessarily looking to sell you a new system, especially if not needed. 5 stars!

We had a traumatic event when our boiler exploded over the weekend in very cold weather. Wally’s was responsive and came out the next day to quote the job. We had them replace the heating and hot water system. Brendan, Spencer and team did an amazing job and were very accommodating and organized. They brought extra space heaters and temporary hot water to ease our challenges during the installation. We appreciate the dedication and professionalism.

On a 90+ degree day in June my central A/C stopped working and the customer rep at Walley's was great at setting up a same day service for me. The tech, Nick, who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He didn't have the part in his truck but the service manager, Tom, did and brought it over quickly. They also referred me to an electrician for some follow up work that was needed to finalize the job. These guys were great and I strongly recommend their service to everyone.

James was Very pleasant and professional, Most important Honest ., They didn't try selling me something,or telling me I need something replaced.My system runs smooth and quiet now, ready for the heating season. they now have a loyal customer.

Walley's was referred to us by a neighbor who spoke highly of them. From the initial contact, through installation of a mini-split A/C system and the follow-up quality audit, we found the level of communication to be without parallel. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they would do, in the time span they said it would take. Reminders of appointments and the installation date were sent by text messages.

The crew was respectful and focused on making sure we were happy at every step. They left the job site very clean each day.

We were highly impressed with the service, attention to detail and extraordinary level of communication, and highly recommend Walley's.
