Al Terry has been taking care of me for years. Always there when I need them. Devin and Evan are fantastic and did a great job!

Very professional. Updates were frequent and informative. Technicians were very polite and they worked nonstop to keep on schedule. Torrential rain stopped them but we’re back the next morning to keep on schedule.
They came up with a far better solution to the project.than the salespeople. No unnecessary cutting through walls and closets to do all the wiring and tubing.
Only negative is why send somebody out to scope out the job when the actual work crew came up with a far better work plan. A waste of my time and theirs. Why not send the project manager with them?

The whole setup & installation of the mini-split with 3 heads went smoothly with awesome results. Chris, Braden, John and Kevin were very professional, courteous and respectful of the property. John’s patience & knowledge successfully overcame a number of electrical challenges. Chris and Braden’s work was very comprehensive and thorough resulting in a very clean look of the entire installation. Kevin’s insight into unit location provided a simplicity & efficiency that is greatly appreciated. They all did a fantastic job.
Joe Eudenbach’s initial site evaluation and equipment suggestions were spot on in providing an optimal game plan to achieve our desired cooling & heating needs.
We are very happy with the results!

Chris came out right on time to check our 23 year old boiler which stopped producing heat. He patiently explained the problems he could detect and gave us the option of doing a repair or replacing the system. We'll be seeing one of their salesmen about a new boiler. Chris did a great job describing the issues and substantial cost associated with the currently needed repair. He also advised us of other potential problems that may come up in the near future with a system as old as ours. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and kind, and he's a great asset to Al Terry Plumbing & Heating.

This was our second experience with the company. Back in January we had them install a new hot water heater. Dylan and Drake were our technicians and they did an amazing job. They were very competent, professional, and friendly.

I called the office and was quickly given a 2-hour repair window. Dylan showed up within that window and quickly assessed the problem. He made the repair 15 minutes. I was very happy with everything.
They also replaced my hot water tank several years ago with the same result.
I would recommend Al Terry anytime.

I called for a problem with my well and water filter system. They were able to come out within a few days. They let you know the timeframe they will be there and if they are running behind due to an emergency, they promptly let you know and apologize when they got here. The were very thorough in diagnosing our issue and awaiting water test results, they will get us a work estimate and we will make a plan to solve the problem. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Amazing service by Al Terry. I got an appointment the very next day and the problem fixed in 3 hours. I called other places first that were closer to me, and a week later I am still waiting for an estimate from those places. It wasn't an easy problem, but Al Terry had the knowledge and skills to fix/reinstall the sewer ejector pump. My technician Dylan was fabulous. Thank you Al Terry.

Our experience with Al Terry plumbing was wonderful from the moment we called them to come out to diagnose our heating system failure. Our heating system failed 2 days before the worst cold snap in recent history. Kyle came out the same day, he was polite and honest. Our next interaction was with Nick, the comfort specialist. Nick was professional, his whole demeanor was calm, he walked us through what was needed, he gave us options, he was not pushy and was such a pleasant person to deal with. We also received a quotes from other local companies and Al Terry was very competitive. Devin and his crew did our oil burning furnace and hot water tank install. Those guys worked so hard to get us up and running. The installation was crisp and clean. We do not regret choosing Al Terry plumbing and heating. I hope no one in our family has to experience losing heat and hot water in the middle of winter, in subzero temps, but if they do I'm recommending Al Terry!

Even one star is generous for this service. Nick, the technician came and changed the toilet fill valve and charged $710. This was done at our rental property and we didn't have time to fix it even though it was an easy fix. We liked AL Terry before but charging $710 for replacing the toilet fill valve is WAY too much.

The repairs were frustrating for both parties as the initial service visit and repair was short lived. The following service visit required a part that was immediately unavailable (no charge for this visit). The third visit to install the required part was complicated by the fact that the ordered part was defective. The technician made an innovative repair that worked, while a new part was ordered! The final visit and install was successful! Again, a frustrating but ultimately a successful effort for both parties. A professional, persistent and qualified staff was well appreciated.
