I’m extremely happy !! They arrived early, were professional, polite and did the work quickly !!! All while my dog barked continuously!!!! Will definitely keep ALTerry on speed dial!!😎

This is at least the 10th time I've used Al Terry Plumbing in the last 10-20 years. Each time I believe I've had a different technician from them, but each and every time the work is always been excellent. That is, they do quality work, they're always on time, their professional, and their prices are a very competitive. The most recent technician Dylan was excellent as well--pleasant, answered various questions I had. His assistant Drake was pleasant and professional as well. What originally was going to be a toilet repair turned out to be a toilet replacement. I figured since it's a replacement they'll probably have to come back another day but no they did it almost immediately. The only extra time they took was to go and get a new toilet, which really didn't take that long. And as always it was installed quickly, flawlessly and it looks great. Thanks!

Our new heating system is a work of art. Only by a fluke did it decide to not work on the coldest night of many years !! The technicians had left the owner's manual on top of one of the appliances. As luck would have it, the booklet fell and knocked out the wire for our thermostats. Jordyn came to our home in record time and fixed the problem! So glad that we made the decision to go with Al Terry!

Incredibly pleased with DEVIN RUSH and BRADEN HODGKINS! Original heating system about 25 yrs old. Removing old, installing new bound to be problems and there were, one right after another. Devin was diligent in finding a way to correct each problem and wouldn't give up until a resolution was found. Now, to me, that's pride, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Devin and Braden answered every question I had so I would thoroughly understand. Very professional and respectful to us and our home. Would recommend Al Terry, Devin and Braden to everyone! Chris did the finish work on the sheetrock and paint, and it came out awesome!! Great job by everyone involved!! Will definitely use Al Terry Plumbing again for future projects

4/17/2023 - Chris and Aiden and their electrician replaced thermostat-controlled attic fan making sure it was water tight and functional and cleaned up after themselves.
4/6/2022 - Jean quickly replaced a toilet. Always great to work with.
Geoff and Jean did a great job answering all our questions patiently and completing the most pressing jobs on the spot. Kyle was great on the second job. They always told us what they were going to do and gave us options if available. Cared about their work and cleaned up after themselves.
