We have had Brandon Carter come out to our new home twice and he has been outstanding both times! Work was completed in a timely manner as well as Brandon took the time to go over what he was doing and always offer to answer any questions we had during the repairs. Best experience we have had working with a plumber!

Scheduled and arrived when they said they would, did a great job servicing my system and identifying things to watch for in Spring for replacement to keep my system running at top efficiency and no surprises. The service tech, Sean, spent time reviewing different aspects and settings on my boiler which no one had taken the time to explain in the past. Excellent service call. Highly recommended.

Everything started well. We set up an appointment, the service tech showed up on time and did a great job in recharging our mini-split system and then found where the leak was quickly.

He then told me that the main office would contact me by the end of the week to tell me when they would be able to come out and repair the leak.

Since then... "crickets". I called a full week later to get status. They said they'd get back in touch with me later that day. Nothing. I then called 4 days later and they told me they'd find out what was going on. It's now been a full week since I last called. Still nothing.

I suspect the part they need to repair my system is not to be found anywhere, but from a professional standpoint, I'd at least expect them to call back and let me know they are having trouble finding the part and/or provide alternative options. Simple silence and failure to respond is not acceptable behavior.

Justin and his coworker Ron were knowledgeable and professional as well as personable a great combination when working with the public.
I really liked Justin’s photo being emailed prior to the appointment time.

My Mitsubishi split heating and air conditioning system is in. Very quiet. Love the quick heat and air conditioning. So glad my guests will sleep in comfort now. Highly recommend Al Terry and their products and staff!

Kyle Juneau did a great job analyzing the problem that we had with our furnace and corrected the problem as soon as possible. Unable to obtain the part on Monday because of a timing issue, Kyle was at our house first thing in the morning on Tuesday to take care of the problem. Thank you Kyle. Truly professional and caring about the customer.

Justin was amazing! Super professional, knowledgeable and just a real nice guy. I had my parents puppy here (dog-sitting) and my toddler running around being a kid and he was so accommodating and understanding of the manageable “chaos” that comes with that lol. He not only fixed the issue with our air conditioner but explained everything clearly. I am beyond thrilled and appreciative of his service and also his demeanor. I’ve always had an great experience with every aspect of customer service from Al Terry. Thank you!

Brandon did a great job explaining everything and was very courteous. He advised of other things to keep up on and asked if we had any other concerns. We are very pleased with the work Al Terry has done and continues to do in our home!

Geoff has always been the best when we have worked with him at our old house and new house. He is a straight shooter, tells you exactly what to expect and is very knowledgeable in his field. We greatly appreciated his help and Sean in replumbing our entire house to fix long-standing issues with drainage. They did the work they said they would do, were on budget and had a great attitude throughout. Don’t hesitate to call these guys!

Nice Co., friendly service person. Lots of discounts too. Had an appointment for tomorrow afternoon to evaluate our inoperable upflush toilet but they called saying they could come this morning if that was cool which it certainly was. 😊
