Coldest day of the year and the water heater had a fitting bust. No heat b/c we rely on geothermal. Dylan came out and got the problem solved quick and saved the day.

I found a broken pipe this morning. They were out within 3 hours and got it fixed promoptly.
Great service. They fixed things that were installed incorrectly and even fixed a toilet we were told we needed to replace. Wonderful, highly recommend.

They came out after hours when our shower handle broke and the water wouldn’t turn off. Very friendly and helpful! He did a great job!

The Al Terry team has been great. We needed their help to repair a leaky kitchen sink pipe the day we were selling our house and were able to send a team out right away. Then later that same day we were able to have a separate team come out and fix a toilet which suddenly had an issue. Since moving to our new house, we have had them fix a heating issue with great results as well. Very professional and punctual

I am so very pleased with the visit today. Kyle and Justin were excellent. They fixed a leaky toilet, a pipe leak from the toilet, checked to make sure my sewer connection to the house was good as a past winter a root knocked it off center and checked to make sure my heat tape was working. Not only that, Kyle found a way to restore water pressure to my kitchen sink which we haven't had in well over a decade and at a reasonable price. I will only call Al Terry for my needs. Excellent team.
