Travis was right on time, answered my many many questions, explained what he was going to do and at the end the results of what was done. He cared for my home like it was his own, and for that I am very appreciative. Great value for quality work. I would not hesitate to call them in a second and would strongly recommend their services.

Called in the morning 2 days after Christmas and they came out and fixed my heating system on the same day! Great service and we're very professional. Will definitely call them again for any heating or plumbing issues. Thanks SO much!

My heat stopped working on my first floor. One set of workers thought it was the thermostat and they changed it out. Believing the issue was resolved, they left. Shortly thereafter, I realized the thermostat wasn't the issue. I called back and was slightly irritated for paying a decent amount for a thermostat I could have installed myself only to find out that wasn't the issue. Geoff was the second Al Terry employee to visit my home in the same day. He was extremely professional and very easy going even though it was after 6PM and he had worked all day. He checked out the system and determined it was the circulator. He replaced it and charged me the difference between what I had already paid and the cost for the new part/service. This was extremely fair given the circumstances. Al Terry did the right thing when they didn't fix the issue the first time around. They also made sure to get someone out the same day.

I had to get a whole new water heater and boiler along with a new natural gas pipe. They came in and were extremely helpful and respectful. They kept their work area clean and made sure to leave it in better condition when the finished the job. So happy I decided to go with Al Terry. Photos are a before and after.

Update: I have had nothing but great service all around from this company. Today they fixed an issue that will potentially cost me some more cash but, homeownership! The two guys that serviced my furnace were fast, efficient, knew what they were doing and weren't trying to overcharge me. Fixed half the problem then gave me solutions to fix the bigger issue. Told me in language I understood, what was wrong an potentially the outcomes if not addressed.

I thought I'd wait a bit to see if the installation and all the work they did really was great. It has been about a month. I've painfully had to put the heat on a few times. I always thought it was just a noisy furnace. I was wrong. Now It doesn't make any loud noises, it almost purrs. My water heater, I didn't know it could be that quiet. I hear no more noise, the water heater is great and dang my furnace is acting brand new. Can't believe I waited so long. Thanks Travis and crew, you gave me such peace of mind. I'll be calling again for some other work and have recommended you to friends already .

Professional , competent, knowledgeable and got the job done ! I called Al Terry for help in my commercial space. They had to come and repair and relocate some pipe work done incorrectly by another company. They solved my issues despite some major road bumps. Kyle even went the extra mile to help clean up when things didn’t go as planned, and took the time to figure out how to make my the job right. Easy to work with and even helped locate my shutoff valves that was installed incorrectly. I’ll be calling them again for any work I need done.

Last night after the cleaning could not get a hot shower. Al Terry Plumbing got Devin here this morning. Devin did a great job of working through thorough diagnosis of the issue. Ultimate fault found and will be addressed soon, but there is a working solution in place that will make for better showers until the ultimate fault is addressed. Thank you. And everyone I have interacted with from Al Terry plumbing has been very nice and professional.

They cleaned the boiler, replaced the oil filter with a new spin filter, and replaced a saggy, problematic run of kitchen pipe. Comparing the COGS, and the stated labor rate, you should plan on it being expensive. They did good work. Up to you whether you want to DIY and save money but spend time, or spend $$$$$! and save time.

Geoff did an amazing job - we were incredibly happy. He was very nice and courteous and promptly fixed our leak. He is tremendously skilled and takes a lot of pride in his craft - something that is a rarity these days. Geoff also informed us of some upgrades that we could do and we can’t wait to get them down - there was zero sales pressure from him and it was all about maintaining the longevity of our system to save us money in the long haul.
