Kyle and Justin were clean, personal, and knowledgeable about the job to be done.
They performed a full upgrade to my system.
The warmth in my home now reads 2 degrees warmer than thermostat reads and the hot water is quicker on response time.

The job required two people and they were very respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, and clean during the entire job.

Update: I had another large plumbing project that I wanted to do. They came out to look at the work to give me an estimate. I never even got the estimate and ended up going with Rowell's who came out a day after Al Terry's, provided me with an estimate, and did the work perfectly before I ever heard from Al Terry's. I finally cancelled my "estimate" with Al Terry's 6 weeks after they were at my house. I kept the 3 stars because the first job they did was great work.

Justin was able to get me in about a week early. At this time of year it was wonderful to have them fit me in. Professional, knowledgeable service. Justin had diagnosed the issue and was in and out. I would recommend Al Terry P&H if you want to deal with professionals who know what they are doing.

Al Terry has helped us with issues both routine and urgent. They are polite, professional, and (unlike many tradesmen) timely! No "Oh, sometime between 8 and noon" here; Nick called me when he was going to be 20 minutes after the stated time! They are careful about codes and do great work. I couldn't be happier with Al Terry for plumbing and gas work.
