Nick was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us options to work with.

I have used Al Terry Plumbing in the past and have always been satisfied with the work and service, however this installation was phenomenal. I just had a mini split system installed and I feel that Moe and Kyle were exceptional in all ways. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were very personable and pleasant even when working in high heat and humid conditions. When confronted with unexpected circumstances Moe handled it with utmost efficiency and professionalism. He kept me informed of the progress and explained everything to me which I very much appreciated. They are very customer service driven which is apparent in their interactions, communication and tireless work ethic. When it was finished Kyle explained the functioning of the controls to me in a very thorough manner. My house and garage were left spotlessly clean as well. They are a great team! I couldn’t be happier with this exceptional and professional service and would highly recommend Al Terry Plumbing.

I cannot say enough about how well run and professional this organization is. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job you are working with quality individuals who care about their customers.
Specifically Devin and Braden, were extremely talented patient and thorough during a challenging heating system replacement. They were prompt professional and communicated thoroughly any hiccups delays or problems. It was evident by not only the finished product, but also the procedure and work ethic that they demonstrated, that they love their job and take pride in doing it. You couldn’t have better people working for you or providing you a service at your home.

They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They came on time and got right to work in the miserable rainy weather. They completed job quickly and thoroughly. Took time to show what they did and answer questions.

I Don’t know yet. He just left. Waiting for my estimates. Talked about a lot and 3 different possible options. It’s a lot to consider. But Nick was very good about explaining how things work. And left me literature about each one. I would feel very comfortable using him.

We hired Al Terry to install a gas line for a new range in our home. Brandon did the work for us and was incredibly professional, polite, and was a pleasure to work with, making sure we were aware of everything he was doing, even making us aware of some issues we did not know existed. Quite happy with the work that Brandon did and would be happy to work with him again

Cody & Jake were awesome! They were very personable, knowledgeable, fast, efficient and my dog warmed up to them after they took their booties off! Dogs know who are good people and Zoe gave them her stamp of approval! Both of these guys worked very well together as a team and were very respectful of our home. I didn’t get the name of the electricians, but they were just as wonderful. I would recommend Al Terry Plumbing to anyone who needs the services that they offer. And a shoutout to Dillon who did the initial consultation. Thank you all so much!

Technicians were professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and kept us informed as they worked. They gave us easy instructions on how to use the remotes for the mini splits units. They always asked if they needed to use anything like a broom and rake and always put things back when finished. I would recommend them for any type of install you might need.

Fantastic experience. They were on time for the 3 days it took to replace our furnace and install central air conditioning. So professional and respectful. They cleaned up everything and ensured we were satisfied with their work. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience- from quoting to project completion. Thanks Al Terry. And thanks Moe!
