Al Terry Plumbing, Heating & AC

Our LP boiler would not fire up. We had no hot water. Justin came the next day. Cleaned and checked all connections, vents, etc., including calling the boiler manufacturer to determine a possible cause. Unfortunately a boiler replacement was necessary. First thing next morning, Dillon came and provided a competitive replacement quote. The same day two technicians installed a temporary hot water heater. Very happy to have hot water again. A reasonable date was given for the replacement installation. Service was prompt. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Had the new boiler installed this past week. Once again the crew was courteous and professional. I would have given 5 stars except that the install took three days. They kept getting defective NEW parts. This meant an hour plus round trip to the store to get a replacement. This happened numerous times. Not their fault but should be noted.

We had another plumber come and decided we wanted someone else to help figure out what's wrong with our kitchen sink drain. After tons of effort, trial and errors, Al Terry finally made our sink work!!! Everyone was stumped and we got tons of "what if we do this" & "well future wise you're gonna wanna do that" but our tech from Al Terry was hard working, to the point and on it. He was super nice and explained everything he did and was gonna do. Listened to mu stories and was just an all around great technician. Will definitely be using this company again for future repairs!!! Thanks again guys. We havent been more happy to have our sink in working order!! No more sitting water, fruit flies, dumping buckets and dirty dishes. I'm one happy lady!

A few months ago we decided to replace our boiler and started the search for a plumber to do the job. We called 8 plumbers, of which all called back and set up appointments and only 2 showed up. Of those 2 only one seemed to know what they were talking about but their price was ridiculous. Finally we decided to call Al Terry Plumbing. What a remarkable difference. The next day we had their rep over to spec out our system. One day later we had a quotation which was very reasonable and we decided to purchase. They started installation 2 days later (remarkable!!!!!). Their install team of Geoffrey and Noland showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and did the relatively complex installation. Afterword Geoffrey walked me through the system, answered all of my questions, and left the place cleaner then in the beginning. Geoffrey and Noland were first rate 5 star! Dealing with Al Terry was like a breath of fresh air. It is a real organization not just some guy working out of his house. Their response time is awesome, their price was VERY good and the people were great. They will be my plumber of choice from now on.

Nick was prompt to our appointment to review and provide an estimate for replacing my furnace/AC. He was able to answer all my questions and provided a lot of insight to a process I had not experienced before. We will definitely consider AL Terry for our project.

Very happy with the company. Office staff provided exceptional service. They were super responsive from the very beginning, and the team that did the work at my house were terrific. They let me know they were on their way, and arrived in the time frame I was told. They did an excellent job. They had to return to connect after the install, and were so accommodating. They reached out, confirmed times, and did a wonderful job. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Working with Al Terry Plumbing and Heating was a pleasure! From setting up the estimate and scheduling to having the completed system installed was easy and painless. Mo and his crew (Dylan and Chris) were very professional and accommodating from beginning to end. They answered my questions and responded to all of my concerns. The final price was exactly what they quoted, and they even offered financing. We are now enjoying a wonderful 2-zone mini split ductless AC, and the dogs love it too! Couldn't be more pleased!

Follow-up: I needed help setting up the wi-fi adapter for my Haier AC. Travis and Kyle came out and had me up and running in a half an hour. They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable about the wall units. Great service as usual. Thank you Al Terry !

We used Al Terrys company to have a full house Mini-spit system installed. (Close to 4000 square ft) Right from the very start the communication was great.
Nick came out and gave a quote for the job which consisted of 7 heads and 2 compressors (all different sizes depending on the room) and came back the next week with Dylan to make sure it was going to work out right as a few of the rooms were going to be a challenge.
When the crew arrived Moe, Jake and Kyle to do the install we walked the house I made Moe aware of the concerns and he put his brain to work to accommodate to make things work out for the best.
After 7 full days of working, they finished, and we could not be happier. They were friendly and the kept the areas they were working and storing there supplies over night clean and neat daily.
Halfway through the install their boss along with the owner showed up to inspect the job. (now that is something you do not see too often)
I would highly recommend this company and will use again in the future if needed.

Outstanding customer service! Brandon was early, got right to work. Honest and forthcoming with the issue, the cost and what would be the most cost effective option for me. Work was done efficiently, but carefully, with a lot of pride in his work. Would definitely recommend him and would hope to request him for any future needs!

This company has the BEST service. They anticipated my needs and asked questions outside of the service I requested that saved me time and money and got my work completed.
Brandon was early and called me before he arrived so I could get home and meet him. He went the extra mile by making sure the electrician would be on site later in the day.

Great experience with Al Terry plumbing today. Amber was very pleasant and efficient when I called with my issue of know water getting from the well to the house. She quickly scheduled the service visit. Kyle and Brandon showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They rep replaced a defective pressure switch with stock from their van, cleaned the work area, wrote up an accurate service report and invoiced me electronically, accepting my credit card.
