G & O Heating and Air Conditioning

It's not easy these days to find a small shop that's honest and completely transparent with what is needed. G&O has always done right by the customer. I couldn't ask for a better heating air conditioning and Plumbing company in the greater Hooksett area.

After many faulty repairs and diagnostics from a different company, I called G&O off a recommendation. I’m glad I did!! Technicians spent their time, cleaned out and reversed everything that was done to our furnace and were able to get it back up and running. Very friendly, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. We definitely appreciated them being able to come out on short notice during the cold snap in order to restore our heat. I definitely recommend using their service, and will continue to do so.

I first used G & O earlier this year when the tankless hot water heater in my home was having problems. I found them through the manufacturers website as a local service provider. They got here very quickly and Doug was able to diagnosis and fix the problem quickly. The same system has been acting up again and Doug was again able to get here on a Sunday to check it out and back the next day for another fix.

Would recommend. Cost was fair based on the repair. Called to inquire about fixing a furnace and they were out within 18 hours the next day to diagnose the problem rather quickly as well as fixing it. Was also provided a write up on the current heating system I have (as in just bought the home) as it's very old and what I would most likely need to do next with it later down the road without being pushed or persuaded into anything.

G&O is the best by far!

It took them three visits to repair our system and still charged us for hours where nothing was accomplished. $135 dollars an hour is way to high especially for the amount of time wasted.

Called to get a tune up on my oil burning furnace, service was excellent and rep was very professional. Will use again and would highly recommend!
