    I wouldn't recommend this company for anything they provide. They needed 2 people to be able to give an estimate. That means customers are going to pay a much higher price for goods and services because of the high overhead

    Jordyn, another tech and John the electrician came to install a new heating and AC system. As with ALL our other experiences with Al Terry, and there have been 8-10 for various issues, this one was excellent. They do great work, are very professional and do their utmost to make their client happy. We’ve been members of the Diamond Club for a few years and are very happy we are.
    Jordyn even came to our house on a day off to help us out. Who’s ever heard of that? He’s an outstanding team member. We are grateful for the entire Al Terry team. We would recommend them to anyone (and have). Thank you!!

    Under impressed. Our yearly furnace maintenance took 2 return visits to get our furnace running. Wrong size replacement nozzle was the "cause" of our issues. I believe the first tech (and his female "helper") were not focused on our furnace as they had to leave to "get a part". We were not charged for the return visits, that was good. We recently had a liner installed in our chimney, and it was recommended that we contact our furnace company and have them adjust our furnace as size of the flu has changed. We were quoted one price, ($108 for this service) and were charged more (180.00) without any adjusting done. Yes, there was an efficiency evaluation, but no adjustments noted or recommended by the 2 guys who also had to leave to get the "right equipment" from another tech. Sorry, but that is our experience.
